Dawn was our bartender, she set up the bar & was ready to serve on time. Dawn singlehandedly served variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks to our 100+ guests for almost 4 hours. She was efficient, made wonderful cocktails, was courteous & professional. Many of our guests made it a point to tell us that Dawn was an excellent bartender and did well at our event. Service on the day of the event was fantastic, and the bartenders they sent out were professional, fun, and great to work with. They provided great drinks, cleaned everything up, and were easy to work with. Their pricing was also the best and the most flexible out of all of the quotes I received across five or six different vendors. Bar was on point. Cake was cut and distributed by the employees. They also did the clean up. We were allowed into the venue for a few hours the day before. When we entered the tables and chairs were set up as well as linens and plates. We just needed to come in and place all the centerpieces, decorate the front entrance and set up the dessert bar. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. DJ set up is above the party which was a nice because it didn't impede on the party guests, etc. There was enough room in one corner for the photobooth. With 120 guest and 12 round tables you were still able to maneuver between the tables with ease. There are hotels within close proximity for out of town guests that were affordable. However, once we were knee deep into planning, we had to put frosé on the backburner to prioritize everything else. About half a year before our wedding, this was still something the two of us wanted so we found Monterey Margarita Company. From the initial interaction, Gary was responsive, transparent, and helpful. Within an hour of our inquiry, Gary sent back a response giving us an estimate. In order to help us stay within budget, Gary gave us ideas and was willing to waive some fees to help us out. That says a lot about the business! He was also helpful in navigating how many bottles of Rosé to buy and accommodated for our non-drinkers as well! From that point on, Gary would check in with us until the week of the wedding. Besides being responsive, Gary always expressed enthusiasm for our wedding which in return made us even more excited. On the day of the wedding, Gary and Carmen stopped by and checked in on us before leaving us with their two wonderful attendants. They made sure that my husband and I got to try the first taste of their frosé. Delicious couldn't even begin to describe how great it tasted! On one of the most chaotic days of our lives, it felt so good to be able to relax and have a sip of the frosé. It's an understatement to say that the frosé was the highlight of the reception. I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

As you can see from her photos, her cocktails are beautiful....and I can assure you they taste as good as they look! We had so many guests compliment the cocktails at our wedding and we even gave out her bitters (from her sister company - golden bear bitters) as our wedding favors.
