This company was willing to do it if we could find the part. After a few weeks, we were able to locate one. Their service representative, Jerry, was on time, professional, and competent. He was able to fix the oven door and left everything in a good order. We had several discussions with the front office to answer some of our questions and to verify that we had the correct part before we ordered it. We also appreciated that they were able to quote based on an email since the issue was a broken oven window that was easy to show by attaching a picture to an email. Since we didn't want to pay for a visit if we could not find the part and needed an estimate the cost so we could decide whether to replace or repair, we were glad to be able to get a email quote for a smaller charge. They then deducted the charge from the final bill

On 3/24/26 they quoted me a $475.65 part/labor repair, claiming they "found that the single water…read morevalve in the back [of the refrigerator] has a crack in it. I declined the service. When I opened the panel myself, I found the water line to the valve was simply disconnected. I picked a small broken piece of the water line out of the valve, snipped off an inch off the end of the tube to get to fresh material, and pushed the water line back into the valve connector. The pump was not cracked and works just fine. I completed the repair myself and it cost me absolutely nothing. I wish they would refund my $122 initial payment for a trip charge and misdiagnosis, where the tech could have done the same thing I did during his original visit, for no additional charge. I messaged the company the attached proof with pictures and they ignored me.

This year, on one of the few nice days we had, I decided to sit on the patio and listen to some music. Unfortunately one of the speakers blew out and it was unlistenable. I called the Theater People to service the speakers knowing that it was well beyond the warranty. They came and found a chipmunk chewed threw one of the wires. They also found that the speakers had a lifetime warranty. They ordered the replacement speaker and came about a week later to install it. Although I paid for the visit, the speaker was replaced for free. I recommend the Theater People for your AV needs. Thanks Scotty.

The never contacted me for payment and instead took my fathers credit card before the move began - this would have been reasonable if this were clearly expressed when I offered to give my credit card before the move, but I was told it would be after. Then, mid-move, they thought they saw a bedbug on my fathers mattress. They stopped the move and left his mattress in the basement of his apartment building leaving him with nowhere to sleep. They claimed that he told them to do this, but according to him, they told him they would do that because it would be easier for him to move it and he said "ok". Too bad this is completely illogical considering he is alone and 73 years old. I then called them and was told that I was ridiculous for thinking that I could move when we had bedbugs even though I had no knowledge of a current bedbug problem. I then hired an exterminator who came and found that there are in fact no bed bugs and they must have mistaken the carpet beetle larvae for dead bedbugs. Reckless and unkind.

My first mistake was agreeing to an in store credit card to save on a purchase…read more Ive done this before with GAP and other big retailers. My usual go to move is to pay off the balance immediately and canceled the card after payment. Ive been told its bad for your credit score to do this all the time, opening and closing credit accounts, which is why this time after shopping at Eddie Bauer, I did not cancel the in store credit card after I paid the balance and put the card in a drawer with the intention of never using it. Fast forward 4 months and my phone blows up with collections calls for $100?! No sir. I looked up my account through Comenity Bank online and there was a $1000 balance with five unauthorized transactions. I live in Oregon and all these transactions took place in Ohio... I got someone at Comenity on the phone relatively quick, that number was (888) 724.6667 at the time this review was posted. Deloris in account services assured me they would: -Initiate a fraud investigation -Cancel the card -Issue a new card -Adjust my account balance AND corresponding interest and late fee charges within 7-10 biz days. I am please so far with how Deloris from Account services, handled things over the phone, time will tell if they follow through. It sounds like they are legit and they will adjust my account, but I am not at all happy with the obvious security problems I experienced with this bank less than 6 months of using their product. As soon as I see a $0 balance and they scrub my account clean of this bullcrap, I will cancel this card and most likely never associate with Comenity bank in the future.

I have had an express comenity credit card since 2021 and I decided to apply for a Saks Mastercard…read moreon 4-22-2026. I was approved with a credit limit of $16,000 and I called to update the mailing address on my account. That is when I started having issues and was treated poorly with their account protection team. I had already emailed my drivers license and utility bill that verified my identity. The agents were unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, yelled at me, and hung up in my face. I called on 4-29-2026 to see if they received a bank statement with my updated address on it and they said that they closed my account. So I emailed the president and executive team to inform them of what had transpired. I received a call on 4-29-2026 from the fraud operations director Mr. Austin he said that he had my accounts re opened and they where never supposed to have been closed. He told me that several agents handled my accounts wrong and he apologized for how I was treated by the agents. I called to verify if both of my accounts where back open and saxs Mastercard customer service said there was a restriction on my account saying that I can't be serviced over the phone with a agent due to interactions with previous agents. So I emailed Mr. Austin and left him a voicemail on 4-30-2026 & 5-1-2026. He ignored my emails and never responded to me. So I googled the president Mr. Andretta information and found his phone numbers. I didn't know that the number I called was his cell phone number and he answered the phone and I asked if he was still the president. When he said yes I told him that I needed help with my Saks Mastercard account. He assured me that he would have someone reach out to me today to help me. I received a call not even a hour later from bread financials attorney named Mr. Miller he told me that he was calling to help me. I thought that it was wierd that their attorney called me and not a supervisor in customer service. He said that he would be contacting Saks Mastercard and tell them that the restriction need to be removed. I waited a few hours and called the customer service number from my work phone number and my accounts were closed AGAIN. I called the attorney back and he said the president was mad because I called his cellphone. So he had both of my accounts closed. This entire company is horrible and need to be closed down asap! I told the attorney I know that he lied about trying to help me and that I'm going to sue them for discriminatory acts per the fcra! I literally was reaching out to the president for HELP and he closed my accounts due to me calling his cellphone number today! All of their emails and phone numbers are in public records. He was supposed to help me with my accounts not play games and close them!

He is incredible, friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Puls gave me a discount on the service because of my prior experience as well. I've attached the pictures of the final job. I plan to have James come back and do raceway tracking to cover up the wires going to the power outlet and to any additional components I want to set up. My Initial Experience: Isaiah came early to his appointment to mount my TV. He was thorough and it seemed like I was going to get my pull-down over the fireplace TV after all. He had placed the TV and a couple of things on the couch so I was unable to sit anywhere on my bed in my bedroom which is down the hall. I went to sit there for a while and when I came back and he had left!!! He didn't say a word. See the pictures below to see how he left things.

So far they haven't verified his insurance and I am waiting to hear back who to file a claim against. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. For the washing machine the Puls tech said he ran diagnosis and another real technician that we later hired caught that the washing machine didn't have hot water hooked up properly-something that would have been caught if the Puls guy had really done a proper diagnostics. So who's the liar? I WANT TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM BUT THEY SEEM TO NOT HAVE INSURANCE OR REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. We have several witnesses so he can't just say he didn't do what he did. I will not let this drop. Right is right and wrong is wrong and I don't appreciate being called a liar.
