When I opened the panel myself, I found the water line to the valve was simply disconnected. I picked a small broken piece of the water line out of the valve, snipped off an inch off the end of the tube to get to fresh material, and pushed the water line back into the valve connector. The pump was not cracked and works just fine. I completed the repair myself and it cost me absolutely nothing. I wish they would refund my $122 initial payment for a trip charge and misdiagnosis, where the tech could have done the same thing I did during his original visit, for no additional charge. I messaged the company the attached proof with pictures and they ignored me.

Our machine is making a knocking sound but doesn't aways do it so last time we were told to record the sound and my husband did but that wasn't good enough . This time the guy had us run only towels and it didn't do it. He didn't do anything with the machine last time and it looks like he is going to ignore it again this time. So now if it does make the noise we have to save the load, hopefully it won't mildew before they come out. We can't wait for a catastrophic failure to occur with the machine.

I will start by saying that these guys are just great guys, great guys who happen to be extremely…read moretalented and knowledgeable about home theater and automation projects, as well as technology in general. They will go the extra mile to figure out the best setup for your needs, with helpful advice on the necessary equipment and excellent insight on how all of the pieces work together. They will install your system with the kind of care that would make you think they are working in their own homes. All the while they are a pleasure to hang out with, which makes me look forward to my next project just to hang out again. On top of all of that, I couldn't be more pleased with the end product of their work, and the time they took to show me how to operate it. In short, I think you will have a superb experience if you choose The Theater People for your home theater needs.

I had a real good experience with the Theater People. A few years ago I used an Angie's List deal…read moreand had a Sonos system and outdoor speakers installed. This year, on one of the few nice days we had, I decided to sit on the patio and listen to some music. Unfortunately one of the speakers blew out and it was unlistenable. I called the Theater People to service the speakers knowing that it was well beyond the warranty. They came and found a chipmunk chewed threw one of the wires. They also found that the speakers had a lifetime warranty. They ordered the replacement speaker and came about a week later to install it. Although I paid for the visit, the speaker was replaced for free. I recommend the Theater People for your AV needs. Thanks Scotty.

My first mistake was agreeing to an in store credit card to save on a purchase…read more Ive done this before with GAP and other big retailers. My usual go to move is to pay off the balance immediately and canceled the card after payment. Ive been told its bad for your credit score to do this all the time, opening and closing credit accounts, which is why this time after shopping at Eddie Bauer, I did not cancel the in store credit card after I paid the balance and put the card in a drawer with the intention of never using it. Fast forward 4 months and my phone blows up with collections calls for $100?! No sir. I looked up my account through Comenity Bank online and there was a $1000 balance with five unauthorized transactions. I live in Oregon and all these transactions took place in Ohio... I got someone at Comenity on the phone relatively quick, that number was (888) 724.6667 at the time this review was posted. Deloris in account services assured me they would: -Initiate a fraud investigation -Cancel the card -Issue a new card -Adjust my account balance AND corresponding interest and late fee charges within 7-10 biz days. I am please so far with how Deloris from Account services, handled things over the phone, time will tell if they follow through. It sounds like they are legit and they will adjust my account, but I am not at all happy with the obvious security problems I experienced with this bank less than 6 months of using their product. As soon as I see a $0 balance and they scrub my account clean of this bullcrap, I will cancel this card and most likely never associate with Comenity bank in the future.

The B&H Payboo Credit Card, issued by Comenity to my spouse, has been one of the worst credit card…read moreexperiences we have encountered. Despite making our payments ahead of the due date, we were still assessed substantial late fees, which was both frustrating and difficult to understand. The card also offers an add-on product called "Account Assure," which charges fees based on your outstanding balance. In our experience, it provided little meaningful benefit while adding unnecessary costs. Between the unexpected fees, confusing billing practices, and questionable add-on products, the company's approach appears designed to maximize fee revenue rather than deliver a fair and customer-friendly experience. As a result, we found the card and its servicing practices deeply disappointing and would not recommend the B&H Payboo Credit Card to others. Given the number of consumer complaints regarding these practices, regulators and consumer protection attorneys may wish to take a closer look at whether customers are being treated fairly by Comenity Bank.

So far they haven't verified his insurance and I am waiting to hear back who to file a claim against. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. For the washing machine the Puls tech said he ran diagnosis and another real technician that we later hired caught that the washing machine didn't have hot water hooked up properly-something that would have been caught if the Puls guy had really done a proper diagnostics. So who's the liar? I WANT TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM BUT THEY SEEM TO NOT HAVE INSURANCE OR REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. We have several witnesses so he can't just say he didn't do what he did. I will not let this drop. Right is right and wrong is wrong and I don't appreciate being called a liar.

He collected payment in full for the repair at this time. Of course, Wednesday came and we heard nothing. I contacted Puls and they were unable to contact this technician. I've been without a working washer for over a week, I've paid them over $400, and they want me to start all over again with a different technician. Nope. They've submitted a "refund request " which they say will take over a week to process. I've made an appointment with a local repair company. Puls is located in Texas, I believe, and it appears they just sub out these repairs to whoever they can find in your area. Save yourself the aggravation and find a local repair company with a good reputation.
