I contacted Andrea about cleaning my house that I am currently selling several months ago - yes,…read morethis review is more delayed than I care to admit. Working with Andrea to get the details of housecleaning was simple, to the point, and worked well with my schedule (email!). Little details in how she worked with me gave me confidence in knowing this wouldn't be a painful exchange (we met at Starbucks to do the initial key exchange, for instance). Cleaning day came, and I received a call from Andrea commenting that the place looked fantastic, but there were some dings on the wall that she would recommend fixing. I knew this prior to her services, but hadn't been able to find a suitable person to do the work - I asked her for a recommendation, and she gave me a call back shortly after with someone. After some back and forth related to what I wanted done (wall dings, carpet cleaning, etc.), Andrea proceeded to become the equivalent of a general contractor. The amount of time that saved me was substantial, and it was incredibly easy to continue working with her through this time. Billing consisted of her taking my credit card information, and charging it. No fuss, nothing to mail in. If you need your house cleaned, look to King & Queen!

Many many more places that got missed. I do not recommend this company to anyone, will definitely never hire them again. Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. Their quote is similar or even higher than other quotes that I got, so my trust was put in a wrong place. Please see a few pics here after they were done cleaning. Be ware to take pics before and after so you can compare because they will not be responsible when they caused damages.

The ladies were friendly, came with all their supplies, worked hard, and got the place looking better than the other company I had hired to clean before we moved in. The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Overall I definitely recommend these cleaners if you need to do a move out or house sale clean. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks!
