We used Green Home Solutions to encapsulate our crawl space. Tim came out and assessed our…read moresituation and recommended not fully encapsulating because of our furnace. Instead they installed a controlled ventilation system and put down a vapor barrier. Their team did a great job and our crawlspace no longer smells musty and the temperature/humidity is very comfortable in there. Their pricing was very fair (cheaper than other estimates we received) and Tim was great about explaining everything and giving us an honest opinion. We've continued to use them for some air quality issues we are having elsewhere in our house and Tim has been extremely generous with his time. I can't recommend them enough.
