Either way his unprofessionalism should be a warning to everyone to never use his services. I contacted Ethon to discuss work on my house and didn't hear back for several days, then all of a sudden he started calling me repeatedly while I was in the middle of a meeting at work. I texted him to tell him that I couldn't talk and he got super upset that I wasn't able to speak to him right that minute even though it had been 4 days since I had contacted them. We never even got to the point of being able to discuss the work I wanted done. I am happy to post screenshots of our conversations.

I have been with Tru-Cut landscaping for about a year and a half now. They do a decent job and Joe,…read morethe son, really helps you figure out what you need for your lawn care without hype or pressure. Their rates are competitive. The only complaint I have is that their billing system can be confusing to older customers like myself. They would "itemize" the bill for each invoice, but not give you a date on the invoice for when it was mailed out. Therefore when I thought it was paid I'd get another invoice with the old invoice date. If you don't keep the invoices in order as they are mailed to you or when you receive them, you might miss paying them on time, which I have done.

It wasn't the best work, but for $22/week, it was better than nothing as I had no time to cut it myself. I hadn't seen the guys out to cut my grass since about mid August, and had moved the second week of September. I assumed their season was over. My final bill received was for $188, to which I was prepared to send a check for. Today, I saw a $307.97 charge from Tru-Cut on my credit card statement. I never authorized Tru-Cut, or their receptionist Margie, to run my card. I never signed any recurring authorization form, nor did I sign this final charge! I called Margie, and she tells me they were most recently out on 9/30/15... Which is a Wednesday? What's funny is that I had a relative at the house Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday for most of the mornings, and there was no lawn service any of these days. Her response? "Pay your bills, then. Call on us, but you are stealing." I will be going to the BBB about this, as well as the Attorney General.

Kevin and Reed are honest, their prices are fair, and they always take the time to explain what's going on without making me feel like I'm asking dumb questions. Reed was just here, and after explaining everything to my husband, he took the time to explain it all again to me. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but that's the kind of service you can expect from them. If something is outside their wheelhouse or a project is bigger than what they do, they'll tell you and recommend someone they trust instead of trying to sell you on something you don't need. Their scheduler is awesome too. She's so easy to reach by phone or text and always makes scheduling easy. And Kevin always has a funny story, so somehow we end up laughing during a plumbing appointment. They've helped us with all kinds of things since we bought our house, and they're honestly the only company I don't dread calling. I've recommended them to several friends because I trust them completely. It's hard to find people who are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. I'm so grateful my dad sent us their way.
