The contractor(s) from New Image Restoration removed and disposed of approx. 2' x 4' x 2' x 4' of the ceiling (sheetrock) that exhibited signs of mold, treated the exposed wood with a mold and mildew killer, identified the source of a leak, and recommended that I hire a plumber. I found the quality of the work to be satisfactory however, the identification of the leak was inaccurate, as no pipes were found to be leaking. The contractors were courteous and presented identification upon request before entering my home. Nevertheless, I consider the cost of the work particularly expensive for seniors given that it represents only (1) component of a (3) part job. Additionally, I was asked to sign a blank contract that stipulated a 50% charge, the cost was not explicitly detailed in the agreement. I had to inquire further to clarify this matter. Despite the fact that New Image Restoration was aware of my insurance company's $500 deductible, I was required to pay (2) both payments of $500 plus. Moreover, I began to receive multiple invoices totaling over $1,500 for services such as drywall repair, patchwork, priming, and painting, which were not performed by New Image Restoration or Super Steamer Carpet. It was also concerning to discover that New Image Restoration billed me through a subcontractor, Super Steamer Carpet, without prior notification regarding the involvement of subcontractors. Ultimately, I found it necessary to hire multiple contractors to complete the work on the ceiling mold issue. This experience has underscored the importance of inquiring about the entire scope of a project, including a comprehensive written description and a complete estimation of costs, accounting for any deductions.

Last fall, we experienced an…read moreemergency plumbing failure that lead to our finished basement floor being dug up to conduct the repairs. Our insurance made us whole on the plumbing work, but fought us on restoring our basement back to its previous finished state. This is where Rapid Response came in. After reaching out to Rapid Response and hearing our situation, Daryl reassured us this is their speciality and they will work with our insurance. From there, Rapid Response took this nightmare off our hands and communicated clearly through the entire process. Daryl was on the case and received approval from insurance to replace our entire floor. Seth and team worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Becky and her guys arrived promptly every day to complete the work, kept us informed of the status of our project at all times, and caused minimal impact to our daily life. We were even able to easily maintain our work schedules while the repair work happened. We could not be more grateful we found Rapid Response. They truly lived up to their name and made what would otherwise have been a bear of a project into something much more manageable. Now, our finished basement looks beautiful, and we'll absolutely think of Rapid Response in the future when we need other home improvement or repair work done. Thanks, Rapid Response Team!

I did a little research and found Rapid Restoration through their numerous 5-star reviews on Yelp and other websites and reached out to Daryl and a few other companies to see what it would take to get our house back into shape. Right from the first moment on the phone I knew that Daryl and Rapid Restoration would be the company we would go with. He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. The workmanship was truly beautiful. Seth has a great eye for design and color. Everything matches and looks beautiful. Every transition and grade was thought through and installed with accuracy and quality. Overall, youhear about the nightmares of dealing with homeowners insurance. There was NONE OF THAT. The Rapid Restoration crew were so buttoned up and knowledgable that we had literally no conflict or pushback from our homeowners insurance company. If you've had a similar issue in your own home - don't even think about it. Just call Daryl and the Rapid Restoration crew. I recommend them WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Allstate insurance has partnered with this unprofessional and inexperienced company. A tree fell on my house during a huge rain/wind storm. My agent told me they are partnered with them. So I called them. We had nothing on our backs but our clothes. I called and they were on the scene. They failed to pack out our house correctly. They shoved all our contents from the basement in my storage room, They had a pod delivered for other items upstairs. They packed the pod with all our clothes in the back and furniture in front making it impossible to get to even our underwear. BIGGEST problem was since they failed to pack out our house correctly and have the knowledge of letting the customer know the timetable of repairs, we got mold that covered all of our stuff in the basement as it was all a total loss. I am talking our 5k couch, old yearbooks, clothes, childhood memories, things you cannot replace. Insurance did not replace anything because of Paul Davis. If a company does this all the time shouldn't they know what the right steps and practice should be? Not Paul Davis. I was there the day they winterized our house. Toilets could not be flushed. Low and behold a couple days later I come to the house only to find one of their workers went to the bathroom in the toilet that doesn't flush. Disgusting. The smell was horrific. They did a horrible job demoing the house and other workers had to go over what they did. They subcontracted a floor company to remove the bad hardwood floors and they ended up taking out way too much flooring. This caused me to fight with insurance and even send a old piece of hardwood floor to a lab to have tested to get more money. What idiots. All because they failed to do their remediation properly. They ONLY WANT TO TERRIBLY REMIDATE YOUR HOUSE TO GET THE BUILDING CONTRACT. PERIOD! RUN! Joke of a company and cannot believe Allstate would have their name attached to such a horrible "restoration service" Communication was horrible. Imagine never knowing what is done or who is at your house. Well if you want to find out, call Paul Davis. I have another 20 plus issues they did but you get the point. They well absolutely guide you wrong. 0/100

ClassONE Property Restoration - Fire Damage: Before/After

Every situation is different and your experience with Class One may be different than ours…read more Based on the insurance estimate, our restoration from a garage fire and interior smoke damage was expected to take approximately 4-6 months to complete. With our project, the majority of work was completed after about 8 months, which was the longest that the insurance would permit our rental housing to be paid. We moved back into the house before some of the final work had been completed. Looking back, scheduling could have been done better to keep the project moving and on schedule. As Class One was a new company when we contracted with them, some sub-contractors had to be vetted and eventually replaced, which added time to the project. Some of the sub-contractors were not of the highest quality or dependable, which led to some of these being replaced during the project. These are the pains of a new business that is growing and expanding. The warranty period after job completion is one year. We had some communication breakdowns during the contract period that led to confusion regarding what was covered under warranty. This was eventually resolved. The owner will work closely with your insurance to insure that all areas that need addressed are included in the restoration.
