That same day I returned back from work to unpack some kitchen things and inspect. After walking around our wood floor downstairs my feet were completely black with particles sticking to the bottom. On top of this, a full bathroom was completely missed. I was mortified. I texted Patricia with pictures and thankfully she came back the next day to clean the floors downstairs. However, after all of this, I didn't trust the cleaning at all and had to re-clean everything myself. They also have what I would think a lot of these types of companies don't have - empathy. They treated my mother's things with respect and made certain they weren't getting rid of anything sentimental or salvageable, and took great care to not just toss her stuff on a pile like junk. They really understand that while it's just "stuff", it's also someone's life and they took great pains to be discrete about not letting my mom have to see too much of what they had to get rid of.
