RDC Restoration is amazing! Recently we had a leak in the ceiling from broken toilet seal and…read moreTucker and Anthony came out right away. Tucker did a thorough assessment of the situation and he suggested that they set up equipments to dry the ceiling. Because of their expertise, and, luckily for us, it was within the right time frame, they were able to dry up the ceiling and walls without doing any unnecessary work. This was the second time we used RDC. First time was in 2019 when we got a washer from Costco. While installing the washer, the Costco staff caused a leak from our laundry room to the basement and we needed mold remediation then. Russell and Tucker came to the rescue then and repaired the issue promptly and efficiently. Both times they were very professional, reassuring, and honest! They will also take the time to explain the restoration and help you with the entire process. We highly, highly recommend RDC to anyone concerned with water damage or mold issues!

I told him just do what you can today and then you can do the full job at a later date. He went to his truck and then came back and said the couldn't do it today because he was 'no comfortable starting the work". It seemed to me from the time the guy walked in the door he was unwilling to do the job. He seemed reluctant even before he even saw the work. I was left having to scramble at 4:00pm to get work done that they promised me they could handle that day.

I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. On Friday, 8/1/25 (today) at 8:30 a.m. Spotless Gutter showed up unsolicited & without me rescheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say my son sent them away. What kind of business is this?
