We recently had a refrigerator leak that cause damage to our kitchen floor, pantry wall and even a cabinet. The service master team was responsive, courteous and did their best to dry the impacted areas. Not everything could be dried so they did a nice job carefully removing a 4 foot base cabinet. Robert was great to work with. He was communicative, responsive and professional with his and his teams interaction. Dealing with insurance is never fun but it was helpful to have a top notch remediation company remediating the damage. While I hope we never have the opportunity to engage with Servixe Masters again if we needed to I'd do business with them again! read more

Service Master was the company my insurance Mercury assigned to us after a water valve gave out. I woke up to gushing water into my home at 3 am. Obviously, a nightmare experience to deal with. I am so grateful for Service Master and that Mercury assigned them to our claim. Water damage is horrible and when this type of thing happens you can't find the words to explain the dread you fear. Four knights in shining armor! James, Robert, Samuel, and Andrew. We had a wall that was damaged from a leak that had been occurring for some unknown time! Ugh! Woke up, was getting ready to do some deep cleaning behind the couch and bam! Mold! Black mold and plenty of it. The leak was my hot water heater and that was corrected. But fixing the mold issue was going to need some special help. This crew is amazing! Everyone had a lovely attitude and put my family at ease throughout the entire process! Professional, courteous and confident. James listened to my entire issue with compassion and got me on the schedule for the next morning. Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this company. I came home to my house flooded from a water loss. I felt overwhelmed and confused on what to do. My first response was to contact my insurance company to get help. I was shocked when they told me I was on my own and that they no longer recommended services. I had no clue who to call, so I randomly started calling companies, and I am so fortunate that this Service Master was one of the many calls I made that day. They responded quickly and had someone out to my home within an hour! They immediately took over and mitigated the damages, and saved my kitchen. The whole house needed to be cleared out, and they handled every detail for me. They called the packing crew, ordered the pod for my furniture, removed the flooring, thoroughly dried out the house, and scheduled the asbestos testing. They always responded to my calls and were so professional and helpful. What started as a random call for help ended with having a knight in shining armor to the rescue experience. As a single mom with two kids, this was invaluable. Also, they billed my insurance and never pressured me to pay upfront. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you, Service Master!!! Our washer flooded over night, it was a mess. The result was water damage to laundry room and the kitchen as water had seeped through the wall. Our flooring, premium laminate, badly warped. Filed claim with Farmer's which carries our homeowner insurance. Overall, great service from Farmer's. They contacted Service Master to arrange inspection of damages. James, Caleb, Robert and crew did an outstanding job from start to finish over a period of approximately 2 weeks. This included, checking level of moisture in flooring, demolition, drying out sub-flooring, testing for asbestos and mold. I hired them for a broken pipe flood damage and James' staff is awesome, from the PM to the techs working onsite, all were very knowledgable, fast and thorough. Ha. Sad that you stoop to this. You and I both know the truth. You were aware of the closet and I told you there was a bathroom and that it was my master bedroom with a walk in closet and a bathroom. I also told you about water in the closet and a good portion of the room and closet. You get a bad review so you attempt to change the actual facts. In my review I also mention both you as well as your staff were courteous and would probably have done the job you were hired to do. My beef as mentioned was that I did indeed tell you the details and the truth about the size of the room and where the water was. I told you the bath mat in the bathroom was soaked, I had linoleum in the bathroom and saw no more water after taking the bath mat out. I told you about water in the closet and under and around my king bed. I told you the room was 500ft2 but that my error it is as actually under 400ft2 You gave me a rough verbal estimate of $500 if just the carpet. You did tell me about the call out $180 fee that your competitors don't charge (I called around). I paid this $180 fee and honored my end of the agreement. You gave me a rough estimate high of $1500 if walls wet. Your guys came out and you told me on the phone $2000 plus (never said to me could be lower). My gut feeling by the time you were done would be much higher than your new $2000 PLUS estimate. I think your customers will be able to tell the truth. My only suggestion to them at this point is to record their conversations with you. PS. I had everything taken care of for $1300.00. Good luck to you sir. Now go away. read more

Within three days they were able to prep, demo, and remove all water damage from the first and second floor. All employees were accommodating and courteous to our family during the complete job.
