When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. It was AMAZING to see their can do no complaints attitude and the BEST part? What they promised, they delivered. Every room had cobwebs, mold, dirt and by the time they were done, sparkling clean. I originally todo the tech I didnt need a receipt but decided I was going to submit yo my insurance company. The company ghosted me. After about 10 calls and 5 emails and also contacting through the website, I still have gotten a response. well they did send me an email with a line that said service call and $0 on it. I needed them to list the products that were replaced with the total. They can put paid and $0 owed if they want. all of this and it's 3 weeks later. i even drove to the address on their website and it's a corner lot with no building. The open 24 hrs a day is an answering service that you will never be able to speak with someone that can help you. They said they would label it as urgent. Even that doesn't help.

I selected Drainman because of the strong ratings on Yelp, and I was very happy with the outcome of the repair. Mike Ammouri, the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to our home to diagnose the problem on a Sunday... which was amazing in itself. Mike went through a series of troubleshooting tests to determine that the pressure in the old part of our house was fine. He also looked at the plumbing lines going into the new part of the house where the upstairs shower and sink are located, and he reported that everything looked fine. That left the water tank itself. He went upstairs with me and we conducted a few tests and he then concluded that our water holding tank was too small, thereby causing the pump to cycle on and off. It was during those cyclings that we were experiencing the severe drop down in water flow. He came out on a Sunday, provided what seemed to be an accurate diagnosis, he charged me nothing, and he's going to provide a quote for the work. On top of that, I got a new showerhead thrown in for free.
