Let's start from the Beginning! Scheduled just a service with this company based on seeing the van driving on the freeway heading to work. About a week out, very friendly and scheduled an appointment to service our unit. Very quick to answer and had a live person. They were running a special to service our Heat pump and AC. Day of service came and a gentleman named Wayne arrived. Very talkative and outgoing. First thing I noticed is he covered his shoes with shoe covers before entering the home. We showed him our unit and locations of items that needed service. He was here a few hours and took pictures of all the problems areas and discussed with us how to take care of them and manage the units. Upon him getting ready to leave I mentioned about getting a quote on a new unit and let them know I've had a couple others come give us one. Wayne's response was very professional and appropriate. He stated he is the technician and could have someone follow up with us to quote. Within minutes Wayne said that a salesperson is pretty close and could swing by to checkout what we have and that he could give a quote today or we could schedule if more convenient. We said go ahead and swing by being as I was off today and would love to know how much it would be. Travis arrived in about 30 min. He went over all of the equipment we have, we sat down and discussed different packages they offer. These units can be super expensive based on how you put them together and the size you need. Not an issue for them, they discussed size and package that would best fit the house and our goals. We ended up with a 3ton system from Lennox with Air pro Heating a Cooling for the install and plan to service with them. So we decided to go ahead with the install since we negotiated a fair price compared to other competitors. It was a little more then my other quotes! However the quality of team members and the way they treated us was outstanding. Now this is where it gets awesome!!! Install day is here, they show up ahead of schedule. Install team Louie & Mike and Steven are here. They start taking everything apart and getting ready to install our new system. Uh oh the 3Ton won't fit in the attic! The one they have won't come apart to fit. Boom some quick thinking and an upgrade to a 3.5Ton system at no additional charge. They work the entire day... to be expected and bust out this system. Great job everyone' and I thought we were done. Systems in and we are Cooking and Cooling our house to what we need..... Couple weeks go by and having some issues with the thermostat connecting to the WiFi. Send Travis a text about it and next day Wayne is at our house swapping us with an upgrade to a better wall unit that's even easier to manage on an app. So if you're looking for quality Equipment, employees and a business. This is the worst company I have ever purchased anything from and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought a heat pump system from them and right from the install it has been an absolute nightmare! They sold me a unit that did not fit the in the space where my old heater was so they put a different heater in, they ran pipes up the side of my wall on the outside of the wall visible to anyone walking past that room. They drilled from underneath my house into a closet in my hallway into the floor trim, breaking the floor trim and leaving a hold in the floor big enough for a mouse to get through and wood shavings all over the floor in that closet, never plugged the hole or fixed the wood trim, nor did they tell me they just left it that way. The system has never worked right. Over the last year they have been to my house several times to try to get it working properly (thank gosh for the warranty) every time they come its well let try replacing then it several weeks or one time it was 3 months before the part came, in the mean time their solution it when it stops working just flip the breaker in you main breaker box to your house. They have replaced so many parts that I don't think there is anything left to replace yet the refuse to make it right and replace the actual problem (the unit its self). We are talking over $20k for something that has never worked right. Don't be fooled by their phony sales guy claiming to be a pastor either. These are not church going people they are thieves!! I purchaced a furnace and ac from them when they were airpro. I purchased an extended service contract then. I have furnace problems due to cold. I called several times with no call back. Poorest service I have ever had. I called Felton's heating and cooling in Longview Wash. I bought my last furnace and heat pump from them. They called back in a short period of time. They couldn't get out due to call volume. They told me what to check. I got it working on and off. Next day they called again and explained in detail how I could do a temp fix till it warmed up. It worked and I have heat again. That's service will definately use them when I replace this furnace. read more

After an initial snafu in service on my heat pumps, I was VERY IMPRESSED by the rapid response and the excellent attitude of the service manager. He contacted me personally; he spoke with the original repairman to correct errors. Within just a few days, I had new workers at my house who fixed the entire problem at no additional cost to me. We bought a house back in August and we knew we were going to have to replace the hvac unit in the home since it was 25 years old. We had Service Patriots come out on a Wednesday to do a tune up and of course they confirmed what we already knew. We needed a new system. The tech was able to get an estimator out the next day. The estimator was very nice and was helpful and knew answers to my questions. A big snow storm was going to be moving in the next day and we were afraid our current system wouldn't be able to keep the home warm with such low temperatures and high winds. Service Patriots had all the new equipment in stock and was able to fit us in for an installation the next morning at 8 am. The techs arrived at 8 am and were all done by 3 pm right before the strom rolled in later that evening. Overall Service Patriots gave great customer service and we are satisfied with our new hvac system. My only complaint is that I was texted a few times that day after they left my house asking for a review. I had not had even a day to experience and enjoy my new system to give an overall review. I would suggest to send a review request the day of once and if you haven't received one then maybe send a reminder a few days later. read more

We contacted Service Patriots for a bid because our heat pump no longer worked. A technician took our furnace apart and told us there was arcing and the furnace was a fire hazard. He charged us $99 to check the system. None of the other companies we had come out charged us to check out our system. He set us up to talk to their representative, who visited our home a few days later. The representative sat at our table and after discussing options told us their prices would change the following day so we'd need to let them know right away to get the current price which was incredibly higher than other companies we had quotes. He didn't give us a written estimate either which seemed odd because all other companies gave a written estimate with several units to pick from. When we had a local reputable company come a few days later, they also took the unit apart and said it's not arcing and didn't charge us anything for checking the unit out! We didn't mention the Service Patriots name but this company guessed it was them because they've had 5 clients who recently were told by Service Patriots that there was a major problem with their system and there actually was nothing wrong. We knew our heat pump needed to be replaced, and we are having a local reputable company replace our system. I would never have Service Patriots do any work for us after this experience. They shouldn't have charged us $99 to look at our equipment to get a bid, no one else does that. They should provide a written bid and the bid should be good for a reasonable time period. They shouldn't tell potential customers that there is an issue that doesn't exist. And their sales representative shouldn't question potential customers faith in God's provision if the customer doesn't purchase their equipment (yes, the salesman actually did that!!') And don't charge $99 to look at a system to get a quote, and then use fear tactics (fire hazard) that aren't even accurate! read more

I had a ductless heat pump installed a little over 2 years ago during the change of ownership of Air Pro to Service Patriots. Today installers came out and corrected errors, added a new head. This install job looks so much better than the initial and I'm impressed. Kyle, Tristen, and Mesach were all professional and went above and beyond for me today. My ac broke down during the first heat wave of the year. I called air pro for some help. Spoke with Matt in the office and he was kind enough to schedule for a technician to come out same day! Service technician Wayne showed up on time and he was very thorough with his inspection. He took my entire unit apart to make sure he checked everything. He found my unit was old and needed some major work. He called his supervisor Travis to go over all of my options. Travis confirmed all of Wayne's findings. I wasn't ready to replace my unit but after speaking with Wayne and Travis it just made sense to replace it and not waste anymore money in repairs. Installers Mikey, David, and Albert showed up the following day and I had ac by the end of the day! Definitely NOT recommended at all! They work with Lowes, Home Depot and Costco. Writing this hoping to help someone. They lie and price is higher then anyone. Shady old tactics and run credit checks without asking. They don't have the decency to leave you with the main copy of their want to be quote, it's the last page hardly legible. They made several in needed calls and tried to threaten the items were in short supply. Ran my credit without asking and gave the highest price of 3 quotes. They didn't do or ask any qualifying questions. They did not take pictures at all. They tried upselling but were not honest in their quest. I looked it up later not needed! DO NOT recommend at all. Even the city does not recommend them as I called them after they left. They also asked "If the decision maker was home" and as a bonus since I'm female they tried to make it sound demeaning a bit. Greg Vesely spent a ton of time on the phone with someone from Home Depot. Needless to say I'm not going with them or Home Depot, Lowes or Costco for any further work on my house. They were at my home ALL DAY, and worked in a very professional and friendly manner. Their teamwork was well orchestrated, and they were very respectful of my home and objects in my home as they worked. I am very pleased with how they worked and made sure that the equipment worked fine and to my satisfaction before they left. This was a purchase that I wasn't expecting to make, but Home Depot had a special running this summer where no tax was paid by the consumer, and included significant discounts on the equipment, etc. Plus, I will get a rebate from PSE. Yes, it cost more than I was hoping for, but my home is NOT open concept, and I needed more "heads" (units) in five rooms in order to have sufficient air flow, and that needed to include an extra outside unit to handle them all. It was my choice to have it this way. If I was going to get it done, I was going to get it done right. read more
