This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube, and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

Luckily I found their cancelled check from 2010 so I could call them for the AC problem. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and listens intently. He was at my house by noon and called ahead to let me know he was en-route. That in itself is amazing. Don arrived and I described the problem. He knew what was wrong immediately. He checked for the problem and showed me. Corrected the problem in less than thirty minutes. I now have a nice cool house again. Many thanks to B & M. You have a great company, and you have my business in the future. Their prices both times were more than fair. That's the reason I wanted to use them again because they were fair the first time. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. When your heater or AC isn't working things can be miserable, or usually the wait time for a service call is forever. I'm glad to see there is a vehicle available to let others know what a good company these people are. These days there are a lot of businesses out there that just don't care. B & M is top quality for response and repair and price. Can't say enough good things about them. Remember they need to make a living just like you do, so don't expect free service. Just expect to pay for the technology you don't possess and their expertise which are worth every penny. Both are exceptional. AC and heating problems can be expensive, and sometimes not. This company will guide you the right direction. So glad I found their phone number after all those years. I guess basically what I'm telling you is I trust them. As apprehensive as I am that speaks volumes. Just ask my wife. Anyway thanks B & M. Your the best. Respectfully, Bill R. Kalama, Washington
