    ETA: I was contacted by Korte and we discussed the issues that have occurred in the last 2 days…read more They offered to send a technician out this afternoon , and I agreed to let him come. He was here a little over an hour, and repaired the capacitor in our compressor that was the issue with our air conditioning. He was professional, kind, and did a great job. He got our compressor up and running, and our air conditioning is now running again. They followed up to make sure everything was as expected, and after the original failure in communication and service, they put it right. I wish we hadn't had the issues with them that we had originally, but I do appreciate that they were quick to offer to rectify the problem, and provided top notch service. Original: Last summer we scheduled a service call to check out AC unit. I advised at least three people that the AC unit we have is not a traditional AC system. They all told me they'd send a technician that could work on it. A young man showed up and advised he didn't work on those systems and had never seen one. He cleaned our compressor, refused to check anything in our attic and then left. Fast forward to this week. Our AC goes out Friday and I scheduled an appointment via their website for Monday morning at 8am. Monday noon rolls around, nothing from Korte. I call and ask about arrival time. They can't guarantee me anything and left me on the schedule. Monday evening, around 7pm, I get a text that my Monday appointment was now moved to Tuesday. On Tuesday, I received another text that they weren't going to make it on that day either (so many emergencies for people without AC - yeah, like us) and we needed to reschedule again. We decided to go with another company, and will use them for any and all heating or cooling needs going forward. DO NOT use Korte. The customer service is non-existent, and if you can get someone out to the job, they won't know what to do. They cost us at least three business days of getting our system fixed, and additional days because now we have to get slotted in with another company.

When they came over, the owner and his apprentice, they were completely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to assess the situation and fix it with no problem. They were both unpretentious. Everything about their operation was completely professional, including the booties they put on before entering my home. Upon assessing the situation, one man took one job, and the other man took the other. they were both completed and out of my house and under an hour. What I got charged was significantly less than what I got quoted. I would highly recommend calling pro flow, plumbing solutions for all of your home plumbing needs. They were probably the sixth plumbing company I called and even though I had no water in my house the other companies could not get in and fix the problem until next week. That is unacceptable if you don't have water that is a priority. Nick understood that and was quick to come over and fix the problem. on a personal note, I am not an easy guy to deal with. I do everything that a tradesman hopes a customer would not do. I stood there and looked over their shoulder the whole time and they were very polite and answered all my questions--we even made jokes and laughed together.
