He was thorough in cleaning and inspecting both and took extra time to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he provided options on how we can modify our gas fireplace to make it more user friendly. He was very punctual, excellent with communication, left the site clean, and very reasonably priced. He even went above and beyond by adding some glowing embers material to enhance the visual appearance. Highly recommend.

Was given a runaround by this new owner named J who claims he's really not the owner but he actually is and I think he's also the receptionist and the technician. He he's nice enough, but absolutely everything that comes out of his mouth you cannot trust. He never showed up for his first appointment and did not even call and I called the next day and said where are you and then he decided to show up. He took two hours to try to diagnose a compressor problem. He does not return phone calls, and he lies about who is still working for the company and about people who left the company saying that they retired when they in fact have not. One lie after another and now we are going to have to pay labor to fix a two year-old expensive unit so much for the warranty and standing behind your business. I wouldn't want them out even if it was free though because I don't think they know a thing that they're doing.

I totally rescheduled my whole day around having the cleaning ladies come so that I could be home during the service. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer! Terrible business and customer service to not call a Client if something comes up and you're not able to make it. They totally waisted my time and I'm glad I didn't give my credit card information. I called a different cleaning service today and got on the schedule. Will never do business with this company ever and won't recommend unless you have time on your hand that you want waisted.

I sent my Kitchen Aid mixer to Mr. Mixer in February for repair, the top of the mixer was loose and…read moreit wasn't mixing like it used to. I have had my mixer for over 10 years and I love it, they no longer make the sea glass color and my hope is to keep this mixer for many more years. I went on the Mr. Mixer website and reviewed their very clear instructions including a video on how to ship my mixer and what the process is once they receive it. I highly recommend purchasing the shipping package for $99 it comes not only with the shipping and box but enough packing materials to ensure it arrives safely. Once there they sent me a text letting me know not had arrived and they would text me when it's on their bench. Please note that at the time of this review it was taking 12-14 weeks for a mixer to be repaired and returned. However, I know they are increasing their staffing so that time will likely be adjusted. What I loved was they sent me pictures throughout the repair process and not only repaired but cleaned it and inspected it for any other issues. As soon as it was done within 1-2 days they sent it back to me at no additional cost. It arrived clean and packaged perfectly. My mixer is now working great! If you love your kitchen aid and you want a skilled, reputable company repairing it definitely go to Mr. Mixer you won't be disappointed!
