I choose to take my car to the Rancho Cordova location. I have been to various other locations, but it was my first time at this one. Long story short, my car windshield was replaced without any issues, the customer service was great (good communication), and the wait was less than a couple of hours as quoted. I replaced the windshield a couple of months ago, so far no issues. The techs installed the windshield with no damage to my car; no stretches or dings. It was easy to set an appointment online and even edit. I know because I had to reschedule twice. If you want to call them directly to talk to a live human; you can do that as well. No attitudes. Plus the facility was clean and comfortable. The waiting room was spacious.

Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time.

I should not be looking for him, it's all the way around. The spots are the same as they were before not only cosmetically, but also to the touch. An honest business guarantees it's work, and if the customer isn't happy, they issue a refund. Clearly, it's not the case here...
