Haley, the PA, is also great at what she does, is just as easy to talk with, and is equally compassionate and friendly as Dr. Penzi. I briefly met with Dr. Gratch, so I can't say much about him yet. He listened to what I had to say, though we didn't have time to discuss everything thoroughly. He seemed busy, so I look forward to continuing the conversation when we have more time. I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days).
