A bit of a whole in the wall located in a strip mall. The lady who took our order was very nice and answered all of our questions. We tried a shrimp taco, fish taco, and Mexican pizza. Each item was really great, especially the pizza. I was also impressed with the quality of the shrimp, fish, and beef. Everything was great. We will be back to try some enchiladas and a burrito very soon.

Another revisit. I really want people to go to this place. They do so good on the food and service. This is a family owned and operated shop. They will only survive with community support. The family is so friendly and the food is amazing. Such as I don't like a lot of onions. They will customize your food. And it is cooked fresh. Wow I love local places like this.

Wow! I'm only disappointed we didn't try this place sooner! To start the restaurant was very clean. There is pride in ownership and it shows, it's family owned and operated. Then there's the food!! It was very authentic and delicious. We had the enchilada plates and they were excellent. We also tried the fried ice cream and it's the best we have ever had. We ate it too fast to take a picture. The brothers came to check on us multiple times and were so accommodating and attentive. Excellent food, amazing service! Thank you to the Serrano Family, we highly recommend!

Quality/Quantity - Complimentary Chips and Salsa - The chips were good. The salsa was thinner than I would have preferred. We also got salsa refills, thank you. Street Tacos - Special of the day. I ordered 4, and should have only ordered 3. Guess my eyes were bigger than my stomach. This was good, but it did not have the condiments that I am used to with street tacos. Radish, lime, etc. I put both the red and green sauce and salsa on my tacos which made them even better. Super Burrito - This was huge, my daughter was only able to finish half. Was going to order the fajita until she shared the specials. Glad I did not, because I probably would have had leftovers also. I wanted to try the Mexican pizza; next time. Atmosphere - Decent size local business. Service - Good, I believe it was the owner that helped us. She gave us everything we asked for with a smile, thank you. Price - $18 + tip. Good value. Inexpensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2005.

Awesome family-style restaurant with authentic Mexican food, hand crafted by Mom & Dad crew in the kitchen and their son at the register and as the friendly server. I had the special seafood enchilada with green sauce & a shredded beef enchilada with red sauce. I also tried a ground beef taco with guacamole. House made Chips with salsa are addictive! Homemade flan was a dessert delight! Will definitely return here on my next visit to Sumer land area

Most Authentic Mexican food I have found out here in Las Vegas. A little mom and pop whole in the wall restaurant that has superb customer service and delicious food. Inside holds quite a few table tops, dine in receives commentary chips and salsa. Everything we ordered was absolutely appetizing. I had the special of the day, "short ribs in red sauce topped with nopales." The sauce was subtle but a great chile flavor. I also thought the green sauce was fire! We will be back on a regular.

I have had this place a few times. Each time it's been really good. It's a small place but big in flavor. We came here for lunch the other day and it was busy. We waited to order and watched the cashier greet every single person warmly and take the time to make sure they got what they wanted. This is a place where you order at the counter and they bring it to you. What really made it above and beyond was the fact you were checked on to make sure everything was up to par and you had what you need. It wasn't you paid we brought the food and oh well they actually care. Their food is really good. It has great flavors and tastes fresh. My burrito I got was so loaded with meat that not even halfway through I was full. My husband got their carnitas burrito and added shrimp (2 dollars extra) and it was loaded. They didn't size down the meat quantity for adding the extra. It's just a really great neighborhood spot to get food and enjoy.

For the last couple of years, my wife and I have been eating out less. It just seems like everytime we go to a restaurant, we feel, like we are getting ripped off. Between lackluster food quality and terrible customer service, the value for our money feels terrible. It makes me happy to say that there are still great local places with fantastic food at terrific prices. We went to Serranos, based on a couple of recommendations from friends. I'm so glad we did. The restaurant is in an older strip mall off Rainbow Boulevard. Its very clean inside, with plenty of seating. We ordered the Mexican Pizza with carne asada and a shrimp burrito. We also got a pineapple agua fresco. Everything was delicious and made fresh to order. The Mexican pizza is a must try, absolutely delicious. It alone guarantees we will be back again. The shrimp burrito was so flavorfull and very filling. Portions are very generous and they even give you chips and salsa complimentary with the meal. Vanessa who took our order was absolutely incredible. She assisted us with our order and asked what kind of spice level we enjoyed and brought us multiple different salsa to enjoy. She checked on us regularly and even assisted us when we had left over food to take home. The customer service I had here was better than some high end restaurants, I have been to recently. Thank you so much Vanessa for a great experience and wonderful food. You can tell this is a family run restaurant, that puts alot of love into what they do and it shows. We will be back again soon.

This place is great family owned and operated. Everybody was super nice. The place was super clean. The atmosphere was good. Cleaning a parking out front lotta space for big parties. The food tastes delicious it was exactly what I would expect to find in a mom and pop shop in Mexico you should definitely try it.

On a regular Tuesday morning, I walked in without knowing what to expect and the place was playing heartfelt Mexican music and sprinkled with old couples and friends. It appears to be a family run business and they had fantastic pleasantries where the lady asked how I'm doing which is so sweet. I asked what the daily special was and ended up ordering for my husband and myself: * wet burrito - choose carne asada style, and it could be wetter. Or maybe our California style is just different? * Daily special (Liver) - Lightly BBQ seasoned and came with rice, tortilla, & beans was good! * horchata - I lonice & sweet. Self-served. I was planning to get the Mexican pizza but since the lady mentioned the Daily Special was liver, I need more iron, I went with it and it was deelightful! Slightly flowered, not overly cooked to keep soft & tender. Serrano's is a cute little restaurant in a big plaza with Harbor Freight Tools and plenty of parking. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but it was so plain, clean, and simple.

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

The first thing I noticed was just how packed the entire Venetian area was that night! Apparently No Doubt was in town performing at Sphere, and since the Venetian parking garage is basically right next door, the whole resort had a ton of energy and nonstop foot traffic. It was definitely busy! CHICA had a really fun atmosphere. The restaurant itself feels stylish and upscale without being overly formal. The décor had this vibrant inspired energy with music, lighting, and a social vibe that works really well for group dinners or events! Since it was catered for the event, I only tried a selection of tapas, but everything I had was really good! All of the food was flavorful, well presented, and easy to share while mingling! I really enjoyed the experience! Between the Vegas energy from the Sphere crowd, the lively atmosphere inside CHICA, and the solid food, it ended up being a really fun evening during the conference trip! Definitely somewhere I'd consider coming back to for a full dinner next time I'm on the Strip.

Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches. (Silly me didn't ask for the dessert menu, almost had grounds for being left in Las Vegas!). I'm so glad we circled back and got it, cause it was fan freakin tastic Service also was amazing - our server was so patient and kind

Between the music, crowd, and fire performances, it really feels like a full experience and not just dinner. I will say, when we first arrived the front dining room surrounded by candles was VERY warm. I asked if they could lower the AC because while I totally understand the ambiance they're going for, once everyone starts eating and drinking it gets hot fast. They were very accommodating and did lower it a bit, which we appreciated. I also loved that they start you off with pico de gallo and chips for the table, and when we asked for more they happily brought extra. Such a small thing but it made the experience feel really welcoming and generous. For food, we ordered the truffle quesadilla, street corn, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana. The truffle quesadilla was SO good and packed with flavor from the mushrooms, truffle oil, and cheese. The street corn was delicious too, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana was such a fun twist on a classic. Crispy chicken, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted Chihuahua cheese. For drinks, I had the Toca Margarita and loved it. Super fresh and well balanced. Service was great throughout the night and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group dinner before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere. Would absolutely come back on another Vegas trip!!
