My family recently hired Serranos Cleaning Services for an initial deep clean of my grandmother's smaller one-story house (2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room), and they did a fantastic job! With multiple pets running around, the place definitely needed some extra love, and they got it done! The team worked steadily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (taking just a quick half-hour lunch break). They washed all the windows, scrubbed the tile floors, cleaned the oven, washed the walls, vacuumed, dusted, and even got into all the baseboards. The house is completely sparkling and smells amazing! They started out with a crew of four, though one of the cleaners did have to leave midway through the job. Despite being down a person for the second half, the remaining crew stayed pleasant, worked incredibly hard, and finished everything up beautifully. The quality of the cleaning and their work ethic were on point. I'd definitely recommend them! read more

I got the 2 hours 3 cleaners special and they were able to help me clean up my mother day party for my mom. The team was nice and the customer service I liked. Deposit was needed to reserve I paid the rest when they arrived, I sometimes feel hesitant about paying before but they turned out to finish all I needed for my mom read more

Been using them for years and highly recommended. Really clean and thorough. Also good communication with the owner or manager.

I hired this company to clean one room and one bathroom. This was contingent on hiring them on a bi-weekly basis. The job they did was beyond unsatisfactory. I had to hire another cleaning services to complete the job. What made matters worse was how their so-called customer services was rude and offensive towards me. They made the excuse that it was a basic cleaning and then insulted me that the room and my home was too dirty. I informed them first that I only hired then to clean one room and bathroom and not my home. I also informed them that the picture in which I sent shows the clear picture that they do below subpar work. I informed them that they insulted me and isn't it the purpose of their company to clean dirty homes. If you choose to hire them be aware of the poor services and lack of respect to their customers. read more

Serrano's cleaned a ranch house that had been neglected for 16 yrs. This house was a hoarders mess. i was doubtful we could save this home. Serrano's hauled away four pickup loads of junk to the dump. It took them three days to get the house clean. All counter tops were shinny, dust and rodent droppings were removed. The bathrooms were salvageable and unrecognizable after Serrano's used their cleaning products! I was totally shocked to see the clean fixtures and bathtub. If you have a house that has been neglected and are looking for a cleaning service Serrano's is the company. They are miracle workers. i will be hiring them for all future maintenance cleaning. Check out the before and after pictures of the bathtub read more

Too much work had left me with a VERY messy house. Serrano's Cleaning Services didn't even bat an eye at how messy. They left my hour sparking clean and shiny! I highly recommend Serranos! read more

So I I'm a little type A- That said I requested several estimates from Yelp. Serrano's Cleaning Services responded an gave estimates, I was instructed to book on there web site. Which I attempted but I couldn't since it was over a month away. So I sent them a message ( they were very prompt to responding) I gave all the information as to how many rooms. I received a quote that was fair plus they give military discount. A++ Would definitely recommend!!!!!! read more

Snarky response. I took 1 star away after reading a snarky response from the manager or who ever runs the yelp business account of this company. After reading and rereading the response from the company, I find it very snarky from a type of business that provides services like them. First of all, the person you mention in your response is totally incorrect. I don't know who that is and its definitely not me. On that remark, it makes your point invalid because you didn't get your facts straight. But since I'm here, i will just answer all your claims to straighten it up. I didn't ask for a 6hrs cleaning services. I signed up for the flat rate because i have certain expectations that I want to meet and i want it done. (And that was the recommendation of the person who I talk to over the phone. So I don't think I have a budget issue in that note.) Now, let me just give more information so you can get your facts right. I just bought that house and in need of SOMe cleaning. (So if your not as OCD like me you won't think that the house itself need a deep cleaning, but since I have my ways and expectation that's why I decided to hire your company.) If I really need to break it down the main concerns that I have were; the windows/ blinds (which you guys charge extra and I don't mind and they did a good job with that.) The fridge (which is another charge and as I mention on my original post didn't got clean properly until I mention it to them.) The bathroom tubs and has a left over marks from the cleaning product they use. Aside from that, the whole house wasn't bad like what i have mention because it was empty for awhile after the staging and selling process. Not finishing it with in 6.5 hours almost 7 is kind a stretch, but whatever. I was kind enough to give your crew a tip even if I find their work mediocre because I know that the job they do is not easy at all. And for you to point it out that way, it kind a rubs me in a wrong way. I still gave them a tip because that's my way of acknowledging their work weather it is good or bad. So should try to learn from that instead of responding a snarky response to your costumers. And lastly I did a lot reviews in different businesses some are highly rated and some are poor. And for those business who got poor reviews never respond the way you do. Instead they apologized and recognized for some error that's been done. And yet, in your long snarky response doesn't even have that. Instead you just apologized because it took you long time to comment on my review. That's a good costumer service there.(Sarcasm) Anyways, you wont be getting any of my business and I hope people will read the reviews very well because I just noticed that a lot of your 5stars are from people who only review your business. I should've pay attention to that before. read more

Nice family operation! These guys are friendly and not afraid to work. House was empty but we wanted a good cleaning and carpet shampoo before moving in. They started our house about 5:30pm as it was just getting dark. They finished about 8:45pm well into the night. I think the carpets look great and the rest of the house looks and smells very nice also. If you are looking for good service at an affordable price these guys are for you. read more

Quality work; affordable price... something that is hard to find these days. I have a small 1 bedroom house, about 1100sf and it costs me $65 per week. Two guys come and whip it out in about an hour an a half; it's the same guys each week (one is the owner I believe). My house looks really clean. My dark wood floors look the best they've ever looked with any cleaning service I've ever used! read more

I am very impressed with Serrano's House Cleaning service. I have used them for a few months now and I have to say they do a fabulous job. I even utilized their carpet cleaning services and it was very affordable and they did a great job with carpet cleaning too. I highly recommend Serrano's House Cleaning Services. Thanks for the great service! read more

These guys are awesome! I had friendly and quality service! I appreciate all their attention to details. I will hire them again.

Well today was the first services I received from this company and let me just say I'm a very anal retentive person I may have found only a couple things that only my eye would find but other than that extremely excellent service doesn't say enough I will be looking forward to having their services on a regular basis read more

They do a wonderful job and are attentive to every little thing. The first time they came (for the deep cleaning) there were several of them and they spent hours. I was amazed when I saw how they cleaned everything, including my china cabinet, all the little pieces that needed dusting, all was spotless. I am totally pleased and would recommend. They come between 11 and two, we had set up 11 but they are often a few hours later. I don't think of it as late, I think of it as they are very busy and I am sure don't know how long each job will take. If I had an issue with it I would talk to them but the time they come is not important to me. I only mention this because another reviewer said they were late several times, to me, 11 is an estimate, not a set time. They are extremely sweet and always make the extra effort to make sure it looks amazing. I highly recommend them. read more

Serrano's has been cleaning our home for years. They do a great job, are reliable, and flexible with scheduling. The rates are also very reasonable. I've recommended this cleaning service to friends as well. read more

Did a fabulous job on a unfortunate hoarding situation. They did an amazing job on cleaning and hauling away of unwanted junk. They were on time, reliable and professional. We are very confident on recommending them and using their services again. read more

Your response to my review contains several lies. I NEVER said the dogs would be put away. My photos showed obvious areas that were not cleaned, not areas that require "deep" cleaning. Your staff complained that you "never" give them any information about what we discussed/expected. If they truly told you that they did all but one room, I can add photos of the floors not vacuumed. You are lying. We did not get "disconnected". I told you I was refusing to pay an additional $40 and there was nothing you could do about it because nothing was signed. If you choose to run your business filled with dishonesty & poor skills, my goal is to protect others from wasting their money and time. read more

I am really satisfied with the work done the workers were precise on what I wanted they got the work done fast and were organized I would definitely use this service again read more

Patricia and Marina from Serrano's Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning my house. They paid a good attention to detail and left the house sparkling clean and spotless! They were on time and very respectful. Can't wait for the next time the house needs a good cleaning. I highly recommend Serrano's Cleaning Services. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a so called professional cleaning service . We were given inaccurate information on what they would do., and gave a list of top priorities for the house to be move in ready.windows had streaks toilets were not cleaned microwave not cleaned nor the stove or the inside of the stove. Basic stuff DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANING COMPANY! If I could show photos of the crappy job. I would have love to. read more

I called and a lady helped answer all my questions over the phone. These ladies work hard at cleaning my 2000 sq ft home. I purchased the 4 hours deep cleaning package. They did not get through everything on the list but my bathrooms and kitchen look good. I did knock off a start because they showed up an hour later but the office manager called me advance to notify me that they were running behind. Overall for the price and service, I would call them again. Thanks Serrano's Cleaning Services! read more

I have Serrano's cleaning service deep clean my property for an hourly rate total 4 hours. I would say the 2 ladies Maria & Erika did an excellent job! They worked so hard and listened to what I needed to be cleaned and did it very well. My kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, floors, ceiling fans, cabinets and light fixtures are all sparkling! Price is reasonable/affordable. Responsive to calls and explains in detail the services they offer. Will definitely use again and recommend to families and friends. read more

This company was all talk until the work was actually performed. We are selling a home so it was virtually empty and we wanted a deep clean. They did a terrible job at deep cleaning - didn't even wipe down the countertops in the kitchen. We have tile flooring and they just dragged a wet rag over it. Dirty marks still left on the floor. They broke both shower heads in the bathrooms. Be very careful of the showers - not sure how they did it unless they were physically hanging on them! So upset to pay good money and have items broken in your home. read more

Awesome service and quality work! I went with this company initially because they were the most responsive. Anytime I had any questions I would get a response within minutes. Carolina was very thorough when explaining all of what their services included. Awesome service from beginning to end. Very pleased with how our house turned out, will be using them again! read more

This is only my second time getting a cleaning service. I was skeptical because my first time wasn't that great. This team however is very thorough. The do a great job, are punctual, and on point. It's ironic how you can now respond promptly to a negative review on Yelp but not bother to call me back. I called the next day after reviewing your work to call and complain. I spoke to somebody(probably the daughter but not sure) and she promised that she will have the Supervisor call me back but never did. NO, THIS IS NOT FAKE. This is for our rental in Stockton. Here's the invoice: Sent from Serrano's Cleaning Services serranoscleaning@gmail.com Invoice number 0905130020 Date payment is due Sep 11, 2013 Amount $450.00 USD By the way, I felt compelled to write this review to make sure that you treat your customers better in the future and call back when you promise. Right to review your threats do not intimidate me :Check your po box. PO Box 66060, Stockton, CA 95206-0900.The payment for supposed service was already mailed there...Carolina but being the low class person you are not knowing how to run a bussiness or manage customers you dont check it do you? Carolina and Serranos services, 24011 Ingomar Grade, Los Banos, CA 93635,. Serranos Services due to your threats to destroy my property in lue of payment...no one would feel comfortable giving you their credit card information... you were offered someday payment via money gram at a Walmart of your choice and you insisted to refund the services via destroying the property and not providing any pictures to confirm you had done any work at all... I contacted the police, after you demanded to keep the keys and destroy the property at 9264 little creek circle stockton CA 95209. You will not bully or intimidate me to get me to retract this review. Last i checked you had 8 reviews 5 of them 1 star..."bad customer service ,bad bussiness do not reccomend," is a quote... I am not the only one who feels this way... at least 5 others were dissatisfied enough to leave poor reviews... due to your poor business practices... Remaining in posession of keys to the property at 9264 little creek circle stockton ca 95209. Which does not belong to you is theft... I have all the text messages and now this communication to report to better business bureau and that is not a threat... that is how you handle supposed bussiness like yours who steal and have questionable bussiness practices. Like stealing keys... and threatening to destroy others property . If you Carolina of Serranos cleaning sevice need to complain about cleaning houses then you are in the wrong field of work ... If you call yourself cleaning houses then clean it.. for example the floors were left with a film and stench... that is not clean ... you did not have many tasks to do vaccume carpets which there were still particles left on carpet... clean ceiling fan which was still dirty... tubs still dirty...mirrors, light switch plates ...dirty... some rooms were not even on the list to be cleaned and the entire house was void of furnishings..so all you had to do was focus on the list you suggested to guide the 4 hours. What exactly did I pay for? ? ? To be threatened with a law suit because you dont think I am entitled to review your supposed service??? Or to be threatened to give you my credit card information or you will refund my services by destroying my property after you informed of a 7% fee to pay by card and would not provide pictures of supposed work? Or to be demanded a 35 late fee to pay by cash... Your practices are shameful and ridiculous... I attempted to pay by moneygram at Walmart to make sure you did not destroy my property and so you did not have access to my credit card information in any way but you refused this payment... I reccomend you get yourself some continuing education and learn how to run a bussiness, gain customer service skills, and develop customer relations... Carolina and Serranos cleaning services have caused my family and I so much stress... I lost many hours of sleep and feared for the safety of my property since this incident and because someone with such instability is in posession of my property (stolen keys)... The truth hurts and this is my honest review... I am very disappointed and dont appreciate your misrepresentation of the facts... read more

I have been using Serrano's cleaning service for many months and I have to say that this company is the best I have ever used. I was pleased with them originally but they slacked off. They were late several times and the floors were always sticky and grimy as if they just used a wet cloth with no cleaner to clean the floors....we have several complaints but the final straw was a very rude phone message last Tuesday saying to call and confirm or else they would not keep the appt. WTF? I have paid for your services in advance since the onset. We emailed the manager to inform her that we will no longer use their services. I have no idea why they slacked off but me finding dirt....grime....dust....after they had been here is unprofessional on their part and as I mentioned that rude snotty phone message? How inappropriate is that.?f you don't value me as a steady customer then forget about it. read more

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. I used these people and will never use them again. They charge by hour and take their sweet ass time to clean your house and two hours later they finish two bathroom. I checked the bathrooms and it wasn't clean so I told the lady to clean again and she acted like she don't understand English so I called the supervisor and I was told to pay more and they will clean again. Be very careful in dealing with these people. Their policies and standards are very inconsistent and unclear. When you decide to get their service, they would change pricing and policies in the last minute to suit them. I can tell from initial dealings that they take advantage of customers. I can show to you their email proofs which will show how disrespectful they are. read more

This is my 3rd time with Serrano's. The first two times were great, everything was nice and clean.... but this last time was a disaster. The cleaners were here for 3hrs and 15 min, and charged me for a full 4 hours! It might not have been bad if everything was done, but they didn't even touch the oven it was a mess! Things were just wiped over and not cleaned. I'll have to clean over everything tomorrow. I did leave a list, but for $240 I expected the same service I got before. read more

The cleaners do a pretty good job most of the time but the woman who runs the office is seriously unprofessional. I answered the phone, told her I was in a theater and wasn't next to a printer to print out their credit card form (throwback 1995) and to please stop calling. She kept calling.. read more

On 11-21-15 I had a presecheduled cleaning (2 individuals for 2 hours). Approximately 30 mninutes prior to the cleaning time I received a call indicating the cleaners were in an accident and they would not be able to make it. Given the severity I felt bad but the called asked if the possible week was better. Wanting to get the house cleaned before Thanksgiving I asked if they had anything the next day. The caller ended up offering 1 cleaner for 4 hours the next day. I figured in 4 hours I can clean my entire house (most of it) so a professional cleaner can handle this with no dilemma. I THOUGHT WRONG. In 4 hours she managed to clean 3 bathrooms and told me at 3 hours and 50 minutes that she did not have time to finish the small half bathroom! I checked on the "cleaned bathrooms" and was livid. They were definitely not deep cleaned, it appeared that she used scrubbers and bleach because my entire home smelled of bleach! Today I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule another cleaning. I informed the caller that I was very displeased with the service and I definitely DID NOT want to schedule any other cleaning. The caller apologized for the less than favorable service and said if I ever wanted to schedule another cleaning they would send another person. Uhhmmm.. that's it? NEVER AGAIN! read more

My parents have a house in Stockton. They lived there for more than 10 years. Over the years dirt and grim has really accumulated. Due to rapidly declining health, my parents eventually had to move out of their house to SF bay area to be near me. I hired Serrano's cleaning service to do a deep house cleaning and carpet cleaning in preparation to rent out the house. The Serrano's cleaning crew came by and did a phenomenal clean job! Furthermore, the carpet was almost like new! I was almost ready to toss out the old carpet and re-carpet the house. I am so glad Rafael asked me to let him try cleaning the carpet first! I had a house with 1200 sf right after remodeling. They just did a surface dust cleaning leaving stove inside oven not cleaned at all and the hallway is as dirty as before. They charge flat rate of $350 for a house with 1200 sf. Or else, they call it hourly service with $90/hour. I called for a 3 crew with 2 and a half hour clean for the house. I have a new kitchen counter top just installed. Only thing need to clean is the stove. They just cleaned the surface. Any real cleaning work they didn't do. Once they are on site, they called and increase the price to ask for $350. The job is done poorly. The hour rate is just their way of cheating customer. They purposely left some work not done and wait for you to pay more to call them back. Do not deal with this company. One time cheated is good enough. Do not fall into the trap of hourly rate. Find some other company much better. read more
