My previous delivery (2 weeks agozaa an), was a dozen long stem roses that were mostly bloomed upon delivery. Today, I received a floral arrangement, this floral arrangement contained dead foliage. Also, the delivery was requested for afternoon but arrived Friday night at 8: I am Not a fan. UPDATE: I spoke to the owner (GG), she said it was not her fault, she said because the request came from 1800 flowers and they keep most of the amount originally paid, in my case $85, there wasn't much left for her to make a bouquet, especially the one that was ordered. I wish I could give ZERO stars. My mother was a florist and she is even appalled that a shop would even send such a thing out. I realized I had a delivery at around 10:30pm. No knock on the door at all. I'm lucky they didn't sit out all night. I called the next day got a refund from FTD, thankfully. To say I'm upset or mad is such an understatement. My boyfriend got me flowers delivered for our one year as we were both busy but he wanted to do something nice. He has ordered here before a year ago and they were mediocre but he thought maybe if gets premium it would better. After delivery and premium flowers it came to around $120. Which is crazy for some awful flowers. First of all the flowers are not the same as pictured. He would never bought this if he knew those were the types of flowers I was gonna get because they are ugly and not what I like at all. But oh well thats not even all. Look at how many flowers and how full the picture is suppose to be. I got sparse flowers. It just doesn't make sense why we are gonna ask for premium and get WAY less than what is shown. It doesn't even look like standard would be this little. So he has called multiple times for them to ignore him and I've emailed them and heard nothing back. Some sort of compensation needs to happen. Because not only are they so freakin ugly. They died in two days. He buys me Ralph's flowers once a month that last me AT LEAST 3 weeks. And I know how to care for flowers so it wasn't me. They just have awful quality flowers. And I would like for them to contact us back. Horrible horrible service. This florist did not disappoint! It didn't look exactly like the picture...it actually looked BETTER than the picture! The flowers were fresh and bright. My company sent flowers to me and when they were delivered i felt sorry for the poor flowers. The flowers look so sad being they were wilted and bruised, the "arrangement" is sunken in the middle, my boss told me that the vase was a cheap version of what was advertised on their site. I cannot believe the runaround I am getting. I ordered this beautiful arrangement and paid for the deluxe. I ordered it through Teleflora and the picture is beautiful. It has several roses, carnations and other flowers with a beautiful plaque the arrangement that was sent is a joke. I called Teleflora and they are going to refund me less than a third of what I paid for, I then called Serrano And the person I talked to was trying to tell me it's Teleflora's fault. She said that she only got $60 toward the-arrangement . I told her the arrangement was supposed to have several white roses, at first she told me oh yes, it does have roses it has four roses! After talking to for a while, she did admitted it did not have any roses. I am going to show you pictures of what it is supposed to look like and what it came out looking like!!! I received flowers from my daughter last Sunday for my birthday within two days the Roses were wilted I contacted Gigi at Serrano flowers and was told to change the water and trim the stem of the Roses. Upon giving them a call, Serrano Flowers said the yellow water was no fault of their own but rather blamed fromyouflowers.com for the mishap despite being hired to do the arrangement and delivery. Completely unprofessional - they don't care about your purchase, quality of flowers or time of delivery delivery, and customer service. My recipient not only received yellow water but also was degraded on the phone by Serrano flowers as they tried to address the matter before speaking to the gift buyer because they were for Mother's Day. ****WARNING ****WARNING ****FRAUD****We ordered flowers from 1800FLOWERS and the order was filled by this shop. All I can say is HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND DISHONEST!!! The total cost was $245 and some charge for 3 medium arrangements. 2 of them came from Serrano. Flowers were wilted not in bloom, the arrangement had complete bald spots, was the wrong size, and some flowers were dying. We called 1800 to inform them of the condition of the arrangements they said they would send a replacement order out the next day. That morning I recieved a call from Serrano pretending to be 1800FLOWERS. The lady asked how I liked the arrangement. I told her about all the problems, wilted flowers, broken flowers, sunflowers that were closed, how one of the arrangements had flowers completely missing from a whole side, how they were the wrong size they weren't medium and I had taken photos ect. The ladies response was well the sunflowers would bloom in a few days and that 2 small arrangements were sent, and the shop had taken photos of the flowers from completion of the arrangements to the time they reached my door and they looked satisfactory. She asked me if I could email her the pictures I had taken and that the shop had followed the recipe. She then said that the shop could come rearrange them with some replacement flower pieces. Believing she was 1800FLOWERS I said I would send the photos I had taken yesterday and take and send photos of the flowers today being they looked even worse today. After thinking about it I then called 1800 because I was supose to be receiving complete replacements already. After speaking to them I found out in fact Serrano was the caller. I also was told Serrano had submitted to 1800 they replaced the order already. When 1800 called them they said they did not replace the order, and they would only replace them if they were going to get paid again. I cant believe the audacity of this woman... when she spoke to me she always referenced THE SHOP this or that or THEY will this or that she never said she was the actual shop she INTENTIONALLY misrepresented herself. If they had taken photos why was she now asking me for photos of the CRAP work they had done was it just to see what evidence I had.... my advice if you order from 1800FLOWERS do it with enough time and ask for it to be fulfilled from direct growers fo 1800FLOWERS and to be FedEx delivered or go directly to a reputable shop for you arrangements... read more

Apparently my order was never processed and my second order wasn't even placed. Even though I have a confirmation email and I confirmed with the girl the second time I called that everything would get processed!!! I recommend never ordering from them. They did a beautiful job on the funeral spray that I ordered for my ex husband (I know, weird, but we've always been friends). The flower spray looked exactly like the online photo. Disgusted, disappointed and feeling ripped off! I am so disappointed with the service that I received. I placed the order their website on Saturday at 12noon for a same day delivery, someone from their company called me after 8pm on Saturday to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered (I guess there was a system error). I let the girl know that a delivery for Sunday would be ok just as long as it is in the morning. The flowers were delivered after 7pm on Sunday. I called the store on Sunday around 1:30 to check on the status of the order, they lady that answered said the flowers would be delivered between 3:30-6, which was nothing close to my original request. Not to mention the arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement online. The arrangement online resembled a birthday cake on a platter, what she delivered was a dome shaped arrangement. I paid $129 for a premium arrangement that was supposed to be delivered on a cake platter, what was delivered was disappointing.
