Partner got me pizza since i was craving i normally dont order from here..... he goes all the time with his boss and coworkers so thought ok should be good..... Well its a mess its super floppy slices just rip when you pick it up its too thin soggy and just no thanks gave me the icks I was hoping for better maybe just a bad day..... it was loaded thats a good thing but the pizza was just floppy super thin you can't eat it normal would need a fork and knife which isnt how you normally eat pizza...... 2/5 Let's start with the fact that I placed my order at 8:14 PM while I was at work and scheduled it for a 9:00 PM pickup. When I arrived, it still wasn't ready and I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. When I mentioned it to the owner, the response I got was simply, "Yeah, I know." As for the food, the cheese was ice cold, the bread was burnt, and the lettuce in the salad was brown. I've only been here twice, and honestly, that's enough for me. The one positive thing I can say is that the portion size is good for $16.75, and the side salad at least came with some vegetables. However, it's disappointing that there wasn't even any butter provided for the bread. Unfortunately, between the service and the quality of the food, this isn't a place I'll be returning to. read more

Extremely disappointed with the order we received tonight. Normally serpico's is our go to for take out pizza but never again. We ordered the grandma pie, a plain pie and a chicken parm sub. All were mediocre, cold and sad. The grandma pizza is advertised with "fresh mozzarella" but what they put on tasted old and disgusting. I have no clue what they put on our pizza but it definitely was not edible at all. It was not good quality or tasty at all. The plain pie was extremely over done and so hard my toddler couldn't even enjoy dinner. As for my chicken parm sub I asked for extra sauce and actually paid $0.75 extra for sauce and there was no extra sauce. The sandwich came dry and flavorless. Normally serpico's is great but after tonight's order we will never waste our money again especially when the area is filled with tons of other options. read more

Delivery driver can't read house numbers. Delivered our food next door. You have one job my dude. My neighbors held on to the food for 20mins before they figured it out it wasn't there's. Which sucked for us. Can't say I'll be ordering anytime soon. Get better drivers who can read a receipt and house numbers. I literally have large house numbers on my mailbox that's visible from the road. Food is good otherwise. Recommend getting if you're picking it up from the restaurant. Forget delivery. That's the service you get when you tip the driver 20-25% lol. read more

I had someone telling me to go to Serpico's and I love me some pizza joints so I had to check it out. The place is authentic. They had Italian music playing and the owner and his employees were Italian. They were even speaking Italian. I came in with a big appetite, so I went in and ordered a few things. For an appetizer, I got their eggplant rollatini. This was fantastic! It was a huge portion with so much ricotta and sauce, an enormous layer of melted mozzarella cheese over the delicious dish. The eggplant and ham were phenomenal and mouthwatering, and it was at a perfect temperature, not too hot, not too cold. I give it a 10/10. Now for the main event I got their specialty hot sub, the chicken Serpico, which was grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and balsamic glaze. This was very remarkable! The bread had a great toasty crunch and it absorbed the balsamic glaze. Fresh mozzarella and the roasted red peppers were juicy, flavorful, and served as an amazing topping over the chicken! The grilled chicken was good, but cold. But it was a great sub, I'll give it a 7.5/10. Overall, good place, good people, good food. And a word of advice. When you go, be loud, clear, and repeat what your order is to the employee. That's all! read more

This had to be the worst food we've ever had. The pizza was not cooked through, doughy, soggy and cold. The wings were like eating rubber and also ice cold. Flavor was bland and horrible. We had one slice each and one wing each and threw out the rest. We ate the box it tasted better !!! read more

I figured I'd stop by this new pizzeria and give it a try for take out. Went on a Friday night ordered a large pepperoni pie, a large margarita pie and A dozen chicken wings. I told the young lady who was super friendly and nice over the phone that it was a 630 pick up (1 1/2 hrs). When I arrived the pizza was ready but not the chicken wings and I did not mind waiting a minute or two. However when I got home the pizza was cold. Obviously they made the pizza right away and waited to make the chicken wings available for 630. They seem busy, it's during Covid, I get it. I never do yelp reviews, however, our pizza delivery tonight was phenomenal! The delivery person was wearing a mask and left a receipt in the tip envelope. We ordered a plain, a white with tomato, and a Margherita pie. Prices are great -$46 for all three. The cheese was excellent quality, and crust was crispy yet tender. I have to say it was the best white pie I have ever had! Husband and son LOVED the Margherita and plain. We will definitely be ordering from here again! read more

Stumbled upon it and ordered The plain pie last night (always judge by the plain pie first) then the grandma pie tonight. The flavor profiling in these pizzas are addicting. Each bite makes you eager for the next. Perfect amounts of cheese, the sauce & dough compliment each other perfectly . Everything is on point.
