I love Sergio's!!!! The ladies at the ventanita are so sweet and are quick with their service. I usually only order through the side window but one day would like to sit inside and have a full meal. Today I got some empanadas, 2 guava & cheese pastelitos and (not pictured) 2 ham croquettas and everything was delicious. I also got a Maris cookie cold foam coffee which was strong but yummy! I always have a good experience picking up some quick food to go and it truly feels like a local, homey, neighborhood gem. I recommend this to anyone looking for Cuban finger foods and will definitely be back.

First time eating from here. Ordered to pick up. Took only 18 minutes. Went inside the place is nice. Was not that busy. Staff very polite. I ordered Mojo shredded chicken with rice and beans and tostones. The flavor of the shredded chicken with the mojo, perfectly contrasted with the sweet grilled onions. I'm impressed. I'm not a bean person but I was pleased with the flavor of the beans. Also had cafe con leche, it was pleasantly strong just like I like it.

I came here for lunch with my family on a Monday afternoon. This place is a popular Cuban chain, it's more popular for breakfast but we decided to check it out for lunch. There's a lot of both indoor and outdoor seating. We shared the malanga (taro) chips with artichoke dip. I also ordered the Cuban sandwich with fries to share with my mom. The malanga chips are huge but the cheese wasn't that melted. The Cuban sandwich was large so you definitely can share with someone else. The sandwich was toasted well and the pork was not dry. Service was good, fast and attentive. I would definitely come back, still think breakfast is better value though.

This restaurant offered plenty of parking. We did not have to wait to be seated. The place is clean and spacious. Our waitress was nice. I started with a lemonade. This is one of my favorites because it's fresh. Made in the house. It's so hard to find that these days. I ordered a churrasco with rice, black beans and sweet plantains. This dish hit the spot. Cooked perfectly, medium. Very tender and well seasoned. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture. They also offer a nice bar area and outside seating.

This location was extremely nice!!! Super nice setup and huge restaurant in comparison to the usual place in Doral. The food was really good and service impeccable.

I came to the spot to try one of their specialty coffees that have been popular. I tried the Maria cookie iced coffee and it was great!

I met with friends to have lumch. One of them suggested Sergio's. I am glad that I had friends who frequently visit and knew what some of the items on the menu were. I should have looked at the menu online first but what I ordered was good. I had the Empanizado de Pollo A la milanesa, my 2 sides Maduros and Tostones. The wait staff utilizes a robot to deliver the dishes. The interior is nice and there is plenty of parking.

Sergio's is a great Cuban choice if in the Pembroke Pines area! My favorite Cuban dish, Vaca frita is my tell-tale sign for determining how much I enjoy a Cuban spot and I have to say, the Vaca Frita at Sergio's is fantastic! For my two sides to complement the Vaca Frita, I got plantains and moros, both very solid and delicious. I definitely can't wait to go back and try another dish at Sergio's sometime soon!

Another amazing experience at this Resturant. I don't think I will never get tired of this food!!! Still waiting on my Special on the menu

Tried out Sergio's because we could use InKind app. I wish I loved it but it was underwhelming and disappointing. Sigh.

We found Sergio's on the InKind app so decided to try it because it's something different and new. It's a Cuban restaurant located close to The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. The exterior is charming. When you walk inside, the decor is just as charming with an old-school feel. I loved loved loved the lighting pieces with the kitchen utensils. Very cute. For dinner, we ordered the following: * Ropa Vieja * Palomilla Steak * Lechon Asado * Blend Burger * Kids Breakfast * Premium Sides - Avocado Salad, Eggplant Stack, Cauliflower Rice This place seemed promising. Our server Valeria was very nice, but spoke very little English. All the food arrived except for the burger and I was missing my roasted vegetables side. they located the burger and our server brought me what looked like the eggplant stack that my husband ordered for his side. Is the roasted vegetables and eggplant stack the same thing? The Palomilla Steak did not look appealing whatsoever. From the minute it hit the table. The Palomilla cost $19.50 and not what I expected at all. I understand the Palomilla is a "flat iron grilled thin steak" but they charge you almost $20 for this super thin piece of non-existent meat? What was the point in ordering this medium rare when it came out looking almost well done. Not only was there no meat, it lacked any flavor. It was bland. Better with salt and pepper but why?!? I really wanted to send this back after the first bite but I didn't want to be that person. I wish I was that person and just ordered the Cuban Sandwich to be safe. So disappointing. Definitely not worth $20!!! My cauliflower rice was good. Decent. My "roasted vegetables" didn't appeal to me either. I checked out the eggplant and it was raw. Not edible. Hard pass. I love Ropa Vieja and husband's dish was good but could have used more sauce as it tasted dry. Maybe because it was from the La Flaca (Skinny Menu)? Who knows. Husband enjoyed his dinner. My kids enjoyed their burger and kids breakfast. Our daughter's friend ordered the Lechon Asado and that looked good with her side of black beans and sweet plantains. We got to try the Lechon and it was good. All in all, I think I was turned off as soon as I got my Palomilla steak and there was no returning from that experience. Lol. I know my husband felt bad because he gave me some of his Ropa Vieja, put fries on my plate or gave me our kid's leftover burger to make up for my disappointing dinner. Lol. That's love. I don't think we will return to Sergio's unfortunately. The space has lots of charm but the food was lacking. Good thing we were able to use our InKind app and I was able to use $54 InKind credit because the dinner was not worth it. Now we know. And knowing is half the battle. Lol.

    Vaca Frita plate.
    Jose P.

I've been in the area for Business multiple times and this place always popped up when looking for Cuban Food in the area. Never gave them a chance until now I had the Vaca Frita plate with Moros and Yuca delivered to my hotel. I gotta tell you...it was pretty good. The meat could've used a bit more seasoning, but you can fix that with a bit of salt and pepper. The rice was very tasty as well as the yuca. It was definitely a hearty plate and the portion size was perfect. I will definitely pay them a visit and dine in next time I'm in town. I've heard their Ropa Vieja is excellent.

5 stars - The Soul of Cuba in Every Bite Sergio's isn't just a restaurant--it's a full experience. A warm, flavorful, unforgettable taste of Cuba served with love and tradition. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed like family. The music, the atmosphere, the aromas--it all feels like home. Now let's talk about the food--absolutely divine. The croquetas are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside--exactly how they should be. The ropa vieja is slow-cooked perfection, tender and full of depth. The congri, maduros, yuca, and mojo--every single bite is comforting and rich with Cuban flavor. And the Cuban sandwich? It might just be the best I've ever had--pressed to perfection, packed with flavor, and truly satisfying. And the cafecito? Strong, smooth, and necessary. You feel it wake your soul up in all the best ways. But beyond the food, what makes Sergio's truly special is the heart. You can feel it in the service, in the smiles, in the way they treat you like you're part of their story. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast, a family dinner, or late-night cravings, Sergio's delivers every single time. This place is a Cuban treasure in Miami. If you want food that feels like a hug from your abuela--this is it. Highly recommended. I'll be back again and again!!!

What a great experience to eat and enjoy Latin cuisine, Cuban food and enjoy the experience with great quality it is a beautiful place and very nice employees servers, especially Lazaro who was our server.. The host was great and verry kind. She helped my son find a bunny toy for Easter. You also have to come get the Easter bunny cup for your cup collection. Also make sure to try the great croquetas. You have to try the ham croquette I recon. Oh but wait they have a croquette pizza on the menu as an appetizers. Over this is the place to come from any meal of the day and enjoy with friends and family.

Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. The sidecar speakeasy is easily my favorite bar in Fort Lauderdale and I have a feeling I'll be back. Enjoy!

I proceeded to walk inside and I found a seat at the bar and I sat there. There were some people in there and I definitely wouldn't say it was dead, but it also wasn't crazy busy. There was three people working one lady with red shorts and curly hair another lady with blue pants and straight hair and then a short guy. I later seen a taller guy as I was leaving, he was not involved in my experience. The lady with the straight hair and the guy were on the side I was on they kept walking past and at no point seeing if I wanted anything, I know some bars you have to get the bartenders attention instead of them checking what you want so after 8minutes, I attempted to get the female's attention a few times for a few minutes and it did not work (she did serve other people during that time and was having conversation with ppl). Eventually, the lady with curly hair came to my side to make someone on her side's drink. I asked if I could order a drink and she motioned to give her a minute. She went back to her side, made the person's drink, then took some new orders from people and made their drinks and served beers.I waited over 6 minutes. Eventually she came to the side I was on and took the order of the person sitting directly to my right, completely ignoring me. At which point I concluded I was not going to get any service in this establishment and decided to leave after a total of 17 minutes of sitting at the bar and being completely ignored. I try to self reflect and think if I did something to warrant this treatment but I couldn't think of anything. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is there was a guy sitting to my left that had a cup already and he kept trying to get her attention and she seemed to be avoiding him. I'm not sure if everyone was avoiding him for some reason and I was just unlucky for sitting next to him. I hated the feeling that this experience left me with and I hope no one else has this experience. The DJ was pretty good, even playing a few minutes of Reggae which surprised me. I ended up going to the Seminole Classic Casino and got service as soon as I sat down. The DJ was playing R&B and I ended up tipping him he was so good.
