Horrible! Always rescheduling cause the doctor is out. My wife has to stop meds to do some scans and that makes her feel even more sick. So she goes ahead and stops taking the meds for a couple of weeks as instructed by the Doctor for her scans, she does and they reschedule her for another week wait. This is ridiculous. This place is a joke! Front desk ladies can't even speak proper English, much less answer the phone. How can anyone expect proper customer service when they can't even stick to speaking to you in one language within the same conversation? Hate to say it but the ONE star is deserved. I have been a patient there for over a decade. It has gotten so bad I must leave. Rovner is fine, Lisa Selby, his P.A., was awesome, don't know if she will be returning, since I recently heard she took leave. The office staff is one of the worst in the city. The office manager is Rose Gomez and refuses to return calls, probably because she gets beau-coup calls like these reviews. The phones have not been "working" in months. I would have to leave work early just to go in person to change an appointment or ask for anything because the phones don't work. I had to catch Rose in person to ask about the poor phone conditions, and was told they receive over 1,200 calls a day and the phones "broke". They planned to have it fixed during Spring Break. Never happened. The girl up front, Maria, with the "fly me away" eyelashes is rude. The girl who checks you out and makes your next appointment is rude. The person they used to have answering the phones was RUDE, and you were on hold forever. I literally called from my desk job one day for 8 hours and was disconnected four times and she hung up on me twice though she would tell you I was disconnected after she put me on hold. I heard she quit and I recently called and someone actually answered after a lengthy hold! Her name was Kathy! Good luck to you girl! You will need it. I have had pharmaceutical companies try to fax requests for letters or notes and Rovner's office says they never received the dozens of requests. One time I had to keep calling them for three months to get what the pharmacy needed because they always dropped the ball. This meant I did not receive the pharmaceuticals I needed. Unfortunately there are too many doctor's in this town who have a dismal administrative staff. This however is the bottom of the barrell. TX tech originally referred me to this doctor. After waiting for 3 weeks for them to call me with an appointment, I called them and they had lost my labs and info that TX tech sent them and had no record of me. Dr. Rovners office recommended I pick up my docs and hand deliver them. Instead I called TX tech and requested another doctor since I can tell their office is disorganized due to putting me on hold for a long time and being extremely rushed over the phone. Again TX tech sent them my info. It took 4 weeks to schedule an appointment. At that time I said well might as well go or or will take longer with someone else. So today I had the automated phone call reminding me about my appointment tomorrow. 6 weeks later from when they originally sent them my info. 30 minutes later they call me to cancel my appointment and state the soonest they can schedule me is in 6 weeks. Yes 6 more weeks. I said nope ill find someone else thank you. Don't waste your time with this doctor. Read the other reviews and you will understand why. I should have just followed my gut instinct and called TX tech back requesting someone else again. read more

Dr Rovner is THE best and most knowledgeable physician that I have ever seen. He actually reviews lab/test results with you, enters notes into computer, asks questions and creates plan of care while you sit in his office with him. I have many endocrine and autoimmune issues and he manages my care in a fantastically organized manner. All suggestions and patient education is printed out, lab work provided and follow-up appointments scheduled at time of discharge. I would recommend Dr. Rovner to anyone who has endocrine issues. read more

Horrible wait times for APPOINTMENTS , no stars would be given if it was an option! Staff in front is very unorganized and rude

I enjoy going to Frontier medical Endocrinology. Everyone there.. is pleasent friendly and they treat me like family . With the exception of the Woman who makes your appointment for Dr MARINZINI . Every time I have to get a new appointment she is RUDE , NASTY, BOSSY,. I dread going to Dr Marizini as I know when I finish I will have to Contend with her . I have reported her behavior in the past.. The assistance for Dr Rovner are very sweet and caring. I almost feel like changing to Dr Rovner instead of Dr Marizini so I wouldn't have to deal with this woman. The waiting area will be empty and I h as ve still not been called then other patients of Marizini will come out of the treatment room and get called in to schedule their appointments and I will still be waiting for mine in an empty room and if you go to ask her she SCREAMS at you to GO BACK IN THE WAITING AREA I HAVEN'T CALLED YOU. Terrible service and very little knowledge of Dr Rovner.I took my son for a condition he has and it seemed this doctor knew nothing about it. Seem like he was googling the condition and reading what I had read in the internet about my sons condition. Waiting time was more than an hour and staff is rude and disorganized. read more
