In the winter they will offer to take your coat or offer you coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment. The salon is very modern and very clean and kept up really nicely. If you are looking to get electrolysis I would highly suggest recommending Katie to be the one to work with you. She will answer any questions you have and takes her time and goes very slow by works very efficiently. Definitely would recommend this salon to anyone looking to relax and few rejuvenated.

Don't waste your time or money! Go somewhere else- anywhere else. This is the worst place to go if…read moreyou want something done- like a simple mole removal. I went there in March 2013 to have two small moles on my face removed. Dr. DeLorenzi did the shaving technique, rather than the surgery with stitches like I had requested over the phone prior to the procedure. The end result was that one was removed and the other looks the exact same, even though it took two months of healing. When I called them back to request another appointment I indicated that I needed one near the end of the day due to my work schedule. The administrative staff accommodated this and the appointment was scheduled. Then, they continuously called me looking to re-schedule and book different times and were extremely rude and snooty. They were obviously taking new patients and putting me to the end of the list. I spent over $500.00 having this done and wore bandages on my face for two months to be snubbed off when I requested a follow-up appointment because the procedure was not successfully. I wish I would have known this before and I hope this helps young women think twice about going to the Dr. DeLorenzi Clinic for any cosmetic procedures small or large. I couldn't imagine how they would treat you if you weren't happy with a larger procedure that would take even longer to correct.

I thought her bed was a little dirty (on the door part), and she didn't offer me a blanket or a basket to put my things in. I am used to NYC lash experiences where the lash ladies are very attentive. I could almost overlook those small discrepancies -- but my lashes look just okay, she didn't go all of the way to the edge of my lashes! She left about 15 lashes empty on the outside corners of my eyes! Also, she didn't consult with me. She didn't ask which kind of curl I wanted, how long, or how thick. She just started applying! I was shocked! So when I chimed in and told her what kind of look I was hoping to achieve she just said, "okay".

She is my go to for eyelash lifts and tints - she makes my eyes pop with the blue/black tint and the curl of the lashes allows me to feel confident without makeup! I was obsessed with eyelash extensions, but unfortunately they ruined my natural lashes but Paty brought them back to life! I regularly see her every 8 weeks for my lash lift and tint. Now for my eyebrows... I have naturally thicker eyebrows and like to keep them that way and Paty understands that and makes them look so natural while creating some shape. I do not normally like tinting my eyebrows, as I find they often turn out too dark, but Paty knows exactly what colour to do without me even having to say anything. I am starting to see her for regular facials, that she customizes to each person's skin type, and I cannot wait to see a difference in my skin over the coming weeks. I commute to Kitchener from Guelph to see Paty, and it is 100% worth the drive and I would not trust anyone else!!

For a couple of months now, I have been researching masks to unclog the pores on my face and potentially reduce the size of them. The philosophy line has a purity pore extractor that has high ratings no matter what site you are on. I decided to buy it today. This Sephora is close to the food court at Victoria Park Mall. I did well today by parking by the food court, as I wanted to get lunch after my purchase. This store is laid out like your typical Sephora, so I knew to go to the left where all the facial products are. I got my product and headed to the cashout area. I got a wonderfully polite associate. I had her scan my Beauty Insider bar code on my Sephora app. She immediately said that I could choose between two different birthday gift products. Since I am into masks and unclogging my pores, I went with the Glamglow gift. I also got a Yves St. Laurent perfume sampler. I paid and felt good. The associate went on to say that she personally uses the philosophy line, loves the product that I just bought, and says that I won't be disappointed with it. You don't normally get a testimonial after paying for a product, but I loved her honesty. For the record, I just tried the mask and my face feels smoother. You instantly feel your skin tightening up, thanks to the clay in it. However, it doesn't feel like clay when you wash it off. Wow! I'm supposed to use it twice a week, so we'll see how things progress. I like this Sephora. Staff are friendly, and I was able to find what I needed and more. (247)
