I am really surprised at the negative review. I have been going to Elizabeth for some time. I'm a medical professional and have a tendency to be a bit picky with other practitioners. They really liked the work (finished product :) and in addition were extremely impressed, with her free consultation and was honest. I really wish I could give 0. Well, where do I start? I came here for lip fillers and left with horrible hideous lips. Elizabeth charged me $500 and completely ruined my lips. Today I had to go to another place and have my lips fixed, costing me another $400. I sent Elizabeth pictures and she said she could "try" to fix them. She doesn't seem like she has much experience, because when I went and got my lips fixed today they couldn't believe what they saw. They said they've NEVER seen injections done like this, and they were completely horrible. I would never in my life suggest this place. I honestly can't say enough amazing things about serenity & it's practitioners. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are met with a calming , serene , and clean environment as well as a warm welcome , every time without fail. The waiting area doesn't feel like a "waiting room". Little touches such as a water feature and a bowl of Hershey kisses make it feel like home. Although, I have not had a chance to enjoy any of the candy, because their practitioners are consistently prompt that I've never had enough time - not complaining at all . Now onto the practitioners ; Elizabeth, the nurse practitioner , administers my dysport. I refuse to let anyone else inject me. The day that Elizabeth stops practicing is the day I stop getting dysport. She is gentle, informative, kind, and extremely meticulous. The first time I visited the spa, I initially wanted much more and was willing to spend significantly more money, but with Elizabeth's guidance, we chose what was right for me. This caused me to gain tremendous respect for her. Most people would've given me what I thought I needed and made a lot more money from me. This truly shows how much integrity Elizabeth has not only as a nurse practitioner , but a person as well. Because of the trust I have in Elizabeth, I turned to her for a recommendation for an esthetician due to some skin concerns. I went to Elizabeth twice back in 2010 for lip injections. My first experience was great and than my second experience was a nightmare. I paid for my juva derm and she said she would save my vial in her mini fridge for my next visit. I thought that was strange. She started to inject the juva derm into my bottom lip and she was struggling to get the juva derm out of the syringe. It was stuck and not coming out of the tip. She back away and started to try again going for the other side of my bottom and inserted the needle. Right then the needle off the syringe popped off into my lip from the syringe. I was shocked and right then I knew she was using the wrong size syringe and tip for the product! Any medical assistant or nurse would know that they come in sizes for different medications! She apologized and I never went back. I only go to board certified doctors now and always do my research. Stockton has great doctors with grace and expertise if anyone is looking to get lip injections. After reading Randi T. review I had to tell my story to save someone else from a bad experience.
