I booked a HydroFacial based on the services they offer on their website. My facial was great, however, when I went to check out they charged me for a HydraFacial, which is apparently different and more expensive. The HydroFacial is offered at $130 for 60 minutes. The HydraFacial isn't even shown as an offered service on their website and is $189. Also, my facial was only 50 minutes. Not a huge deal because I enjoyed my facial but I feel like this is really misleading, especially since the increased cost was a big surprise and I was shortened on time on top of that. read more

The services are good and the staff is very accommodating.. The best dermal clinic ever

Had my first facial with Colleen last week and wow! This place! Such a cute, quaint spot right in downtown with a whole menu of options at reasonable prices! Colleen gave a great facial! read more

I went to the dermal clinic and had a facial , it was the greatest facial experience I had ever had! Judy the owner was absolutely wonderful she is so kind and caring, and explained how to use her products in simple terms that I could understand I would recommend this place to everybody who wants to be pampered! read more

I rarely do reviews but I had to do one just based off of my experience with Julie. I don't typically get facials much but wanted to start pampering myself more and working on all my aging problematic skin. First she took the time to talk me through and assess what would be best to start with my skin and see what it can handle initially. She was very knowledgeable but yet comforting. Then all the fancy skin magic happened. She made me feel so relaxed and the ambiance in her room was so nice. The products she used on my skin felt nice too! I came out of my session feeling like my skin was glowing and softer and not as textured as it was initially. Couldn't help by book my next one right away with Julie. Can't wait for the next! Highly recommend Julie! read more

I decided to pamper myself today and got a facial from "Skinned by Alyssa"......I have aging skin so I got the 90 min Tri-fective Intensive Corrector and I've had a lot of facials and this one, by far has been the best facial I've ever received. Alyssa's has a gentle, soothing touch and really took her time to ensure an optimal experience. I got the best massage as well.....my arms and hands felt like butter after she was done. The spa is beautiful, the room was dim, calm, peaceful with perfect serenity and parking!! Downtown Lodi and this place is right next door to public 3 hour free parking. Absolute wonderful experience and I'll be booking another facial very soon with Alyssa. read more

Just had my first facial and it was wonderful! Jodie is amazing! My skin is clear, clean and so soft!

I moved from the Bay Area to Calaveras county and needed to find new everything. One of my best finds was Jodi from Dermal Clinic for my facials and eye brow maintenance. What a pampering and relaxing facial with massage on shoulders, neck and arms! You have to get the hour and a half because it's too wonderful to be any shorter! The interior of the building is well kept and decorative, feels Victorian in style. But Jodie's treatment room is fresh and modern, a total zen getaway. I love the calming colors and wonderful clean and nice smell of her treatment room. Clean would be the key descriptive word of everything. I love all the products she uses during my facials, and especially the microdermabrasion treatment that leaves my face smooth and radiant. My brows are shaped nicely and I look so radiant afterwards. Jodi is friendly, gentle and down to earth. I really feel relaxed and pampered in her care. read more

When I first came to Julie I was desperate to find a solution to my problematic skin, my skin is very sensitive and acne prone. We started off with some basic facials so she could get to know my skin, and have since elevated each experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydra facials, oxygen treatments and more. I was very consistent in seeing her every 4-5 weeks for about a year, and now I've been able to stretch out my appointments. Julie is very knowledgeable and determined to meet your dream skin goals! Through her recommendation of products and having a consistent skin routine morning and night as well as routine facials, through all her guidance, I can confidently say that my skin is better then ever. If you're looking to transform or enhance your skin, put your trust into Julie Dinh, she's the absolute best! read more

Yvonne still rocks it even though it had been a good year since I'd been into see her for a glycolic peel & facial; she hasn't changed a bit nor has the fact that she still gives the best facials I've ever had; to date.... I would have been back sooner however with multiple moves of cities and homes my beauty regimen took a hit.... But I'm back! I also appreciate that when I commit to regular facials and pay cash which isn't an issue for me that my facials are $55 for the hour long appointment and seeings as how I drive a ways to make it to her it helps.... But you have to commit and not be a flake just to save a few bucks as her word has always been golden and as is mine so it's a win-win..... On this trip however I had a wake-up call which although I knew something was up with my skin just wasn't sure what it was... The skin around my eyes in particular was really looking dry and felt tight since beginning a new prescription from my dermatologist several months ago... Under Yvonne's lights it became apparent: The RX from my doc had sucked the moisture right out of my skin... Alot! Relief flooded over me as I had been feeling like I was prematurely aging in the area around my eyes but in fact I'm not its just localized dehydration.. Whew! bullet dodged..... She told me what to do to protect the area from my RX that I still need to use but has caused the dryness and it's working..... Although I now live in Sacramento I won't be having my monthly facials here in Sac but instead already scheduled with Yvonne as although I do like to do business in my local area and support local communities the 50 minute drive one way is beyond worth it for me as my skin looks amazingly fresh, dewy, healthy and youthful even for my 42.5 years thus far and that's in part due to Yvonne and her mastery of the skill-set of facials... The fact that Yvonne is so honest, warm, welcoming, skilled and has amazing 'energy' is also what keeps me coming back to her time and time again..... And the fact that I always pass out during the process and awake refreshed & freshly facial'd is an added bonus as the bed filled with the softest most plush and enveloping down feather-like material is beyond heavenly ;) read more

I'm compelled to spend my Friday evening writing a review for the dermal clinic, because I couldn't be more pleased with my experience there today. My friend recommended I see Judy for a facial, after expressing a need for some self care. After babies, nursing, sleep deprivation, and the ever-encompassing tolls of motherhood, I realized it was time to get my light back. My friend trusted Judy implicitly, which made the experience that much more helpful. She took the reigns, with someone who had really no clue what she needed walking in there. I felt she did what was best for me and my skin, leaving me astonished with a result I did NOT expect. My skin looks new, and I feel 5lbs lighter... however that is possible!! I'm truly radiating, and I had to share. read more

I had never been to a spa before and wasn't sure what to expect but I absolutely loved this place!! I had the "relaxing facial" and as soon as I was done, I wanted to go back! My friend and I have decided to make this our monthly "me" time. I can't compare the Dermal Clinic to other spas since I've never been to any but I would definitely recommend this place. The Dermal Clinic is also in a great Downtown Lodi location so when you're done with your facial, you can go shopping, see a movie or do some wine tasting. read more

I had my first facial EVER here (besides beauty school) safe to say it was absolutely amazing and I will be back on a regular basis to keep up on my skin. I saw Yvonne because I was referred to her and I'm so glad I found her! It is very hard to find somebody that doesn't want to sell you a bunch of stuff & someone that is just honest & wants what's best for your skin type. The entire place is VERY clean, calm, & beautiful !!! I definitely recommend Yvonne to anyone that needs anything with skin care, facial waxing, peels, micro, massage!! I will be back & cannot wait!! read more

I've only gone here on a regular basis for the past 5 years. I've tried other places but it just doesn't match up to the dermal clinic. Now that I've found someone that I really like at the clinic. I might just go home more often to get a facial :) because I go to school in San Diego now, but the facials here are either too expensive or it isn't as good. Btw the service at the clinic is unbeatable because everyone is just so nice and friendly. read more

Very relaxing and sensitive touch that really allows you to feel pampered. The entire office gives you the Spa feel. Just wish they did a better job with extractions. read more

I didn't know what to expect on getting a facial being that this was my very first time. I was nervous of the out come, since i have very sensitive skin... Judy my esthetician was very informative, friendly and made me feel at ease about it. She suggested to get the glycolic peel... OMG!! When my facial was done. I was overwhelmed with JOY and satisfaction. She did a wonderful job! I had so much freckles, and my pores were screaming for help!! Lol!! this peel really help those problem!! I am a satisfied customer. I will definitely be coming back for more. Get ready for an addiction ..My face was glowing and felt smooth just like a baby's skin :D read more

I'm so thankful I found this place! Jill is amazing! I came here for a glycolic peel and this clinic exceeded my expectations. Jill is very attentive and pleasant. She is very thorough with extractions and guess what, it wasn't very painful! Of course there was some kind of discomfort but it was very tolerable - we were talking and laughing while doing the extractions so yeah, tolerable. One thing I also like is that they do not push you to buy their products. I did get some anyway 'cause I know they're actually good and that these are the ones I'm currently missing in my skincare routine (sunscreen, toning pads and mask). I can't wait to come back! My skin will thank me for it. Thank you Jill!! read more

This is a great little spa and such a gem to discover in Lodi. I'd moved into the area recently and didn't know where to even start looking, but one of the ladies at the Hutchins Square pool recommended Kari and I gave the spa a try. I'm so glad I did! It's tastefully appointed, and makes you feel pampered from the minute you walk through the door. My daughter and I have had great experiences with ALL of the estheticians we've seen. We had our eyebrows tinted and waxed and they came out perfectly. No burning or ripped skin, and they look natural, not surprised. The owner works there as well, and she's a very warm and professional person who does great skin-care. My face felt baby-soft when I left. We've been back several times now, and I won't even bother trying anywhere else! Praises! Oh - as for disability access...much of the clinic is upstairs, but they *do* have a downstairs treatment room. I had a broken leg and was actually on a walker when I had my first visit last year, but they totally made accomodations for me, and the therapists even switched rooms so I could be comfortable. They think of every little thing. read more

Colleen is the best esthetician I've come across. She listens to your questions and concerns and puts your mind at ease. She's highly professional but able to chit chat with you so you don't sit in an awkward silence. I plan to make her a staple to my skin care necessities! read more

The whole staff is pleasant, polite and all that good stuff! Now to another great on going experience, this place is SPOTLESS,.beautifully decorated. GOOD JOB TO THE OWNER! I've recently made the decision to only get facials from here on out from the Dermal Clinic in Lodi. Christina Jennings gives the most relaxing facials--even with extractions! She is very gentle and thorough. I have gotten facials from many different places over the years and The Dermal Clinic always gives me the best experience. Usually after facials I have peeling and breakouts, but never with Christina. Their equipment and procedures are also very high-tech and professional! read more

I have only tried The Dermal Clinic twice , and today I was treated by Judy the owner. At first I was really nervous about getting a facial because of my insecurities about my acne. But after we started the process, Judy really made me feel good about myself and the results I can get if I maintain my skin properly. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, for me. I plan to go back regularly. Im so glad I finally decided to go. It feels great to go somewhere, & be treated so well. Spending one hour with Judy, I can really tell what a beautiful person inside & out she is. She loves her job and takes pride in what she does ! I loveed the Dermal Clinic. It truly made my day ! read more

OMG what a phenomenal experience. Had a facial & massage in the same day with GF. I will reflect on today and smile profusely. Had heard many good things about this business, all true in my opinion. Front desk staff are pleasant, professional & accommodating. Bought certificates during pre Mother's Day special, beautifully prepared for gifting. Decided to buy more while special was on. Called to ask hours so I could pick-up, not necessary. The gal took all info on phone & mailed them to me. Looking forward to my next appointment. read more
