I love this company. It's the only limo company I use. After being late to a concert one year I was…read morepretty picky on who I would turn to next. Then along came RPM Limos. My first experience with this company was on my 21st birthday. Our poor limo driver Gus. He had no idea what he was getting himself into. But I will tell you what, he handle myself and my coworkers like a champ. We changed our mind every hour on where we wanted to go. He gave us his cell to call him to meet him and he was ALWAYS front and center with the door open. He took my coworkers home safe. We were loud and shouting and he didn't have a single complaint. Not only that but we had too much fun and I lost track of our time. Gus was so kind and made sure we all got home SAFE and wasn't rude, demanding, and never once made us feel like we were being rushed. Our limo had balloons, decorations, and a cute birthday glass waiting for me! On time and loyal! If a limo company and driver could handle that night... Whoa... They deserve my high praises. I have been using RPM ever since. I highly recommend joining their email list, you will get notified of special deals and it helps to have those reminders of school dances coming up. Plus the company you can tell has fun! I remember getting an email around Halloween and the owner Mark was Darth Vader. Limos are meant to be fun and I'm glad it shows with the staff. Limos have always been clean, there was only one time the music didn't work which was a bummer. Always fully stocked. And every time we have some fun occasion it is dressed up down to the exact colors I ask for. Awesome! But I have requested Gus every single time and he is ALWAYS on time, professional, and by far so kind! Thanks you guys!

The owner Gerardo is a super nice guy, real easy to work with. The pricing is really good! I booked a party bus that sat up to 22 people for a reggae concert/festival a few weeks ago. When the bus pulled up, I was really surprised about how nice it was. Plenty of room, we had about 17 people in it. The drivers name was Marti, he was so awesome! He helped us load a cooler on the bus & got our music all set up. Also had water & ice ready for us. The sound system on the bus was incredible! Marti, is the man and will take care of you for sure! When my wife asked a simple question about how much time we had left on the hour we paid for, the driver became extremely aggressive. He cursed at us, tried to fight me, and told us to "get our shit out of his car." He then threw our belongings out of the trunk. We paid for an hour of service and received roughly a five-minute ride before the driver decided he was done. There was no reasonable explanation for refusing to continue the service we had already paid for. This happened on our wedding night, which made the situation even more upsetting. We expected professional treatment and instead had to deal with an extremely hostile driver who refused to provide the service we paid for. I would absolutely not recommend Limo Laguna for a wedding or any special event. Based on our experience, we feel completely misled about what we were paying for, and the way the driver treated us was unacceptable. This felt like a scam, and I hope the company takes responsibility and explains why we were charged for an hour when the driver provided only a few minutes of service.
