It was so amazing. I highly recommend giving them a call I don't think you'll be disappointed. When I asked for a general price range (knowing that they can't be completely specific or 100% sure because they haven't truly been able to assess the problem but are going off what you have told them) They actually gave me a price!! Unlike the others who will only schedule an appointment - waisting my time when the price might be too high for this month. I am truly pleased with this company and highly highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you thank you, thank you. Your service was amazing. :)

He replaced the cables and bottom weather stripping on my garage door, then took the time to tune everything up, lubricate the moving parts, and make sure the door was running smoothly and quietly. He also explained what he was doing and gave me lots of helpful information about maintaining the door. The total cost was $375, which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. It's such a pleasure to find a company that provides excellent service, takes pride in its work, and treats its customers well. I highly recommend Discount Door Service!

Their approach is not simply and strictly business, but one that leaves a sense of community. Like "we're all in this together." Not once did I have the feeling of being ripped off. I felt like I was being well informed of what my problem was, the cause of it, and how to best resolve it. I wish they offered more services because I would call them, Hank, in a heartbeat. Talk about being pleasant and assuring; they are it. Folks, I wish I could give a public testimony of how satisfied with this company who answered my call immediately. AND I was satisfied with their costs. I don't have a photo of the work because it was underneath my mobile home. OH! Hank's approach was if he belonged to me. Yet businesslike and straightforward. *

Went to another kitchen design company in town who were missing the "warmth" factor - made us feel…read moreas though we would be lucky if they could fit us in. So we took our business to Southwest Kitchen & Bath. From the beginning what was clear was the high quality of their cabinetry and kitchen systems. Zoe, our designer, came up with a gorgeous plan and was happy to work with our ideas. She created a beautiful kitchen design that exceeded our dreams. Donald, the owner, has a long background in construction, as well as creative vision. Kudos to Donald for twice resolving issues that other contractors said would be impossible. His focus is on making things right, and he does it with genuine caring. Colleen was immediately responsive with hardware ordering and kept the to-do list for our home front and center. Special thanks to Zoe, too, for coming up with a plan to modernize our bathrooms and hall closets in a way that was easy on the budget. With Southwest Kitchen & Bath, we had the full package of expertise, design knowhow and responsiveness. We take a breath now, every time we walk into the kitchen. It looks that gorgeous.

Look elsewhere if you're considering this company for cabinets. If you want a completed kitchen…read moreproject in less than 8 months, this isn't the place for you. If you're expecting dedicated staff who pay attention to detail, you won't find it here. If you're looking for a company that prioritizes your best interests, I'd advise moving on. The idea that a small kitchen should be measured properly and completed within a reasonable timeframe is simply not part of their approach. If you want your kitchen to be the heart of your home without exceeding timelines and budgets, avoid this business. The prices are some of the most inflated prices in the local area - You can find better prices, business ethics, and much more competent employees with other companies in Tucson. Over the course of 8 months, there were constant staff changes--people were fired, reassigned, many people quit and the new hire PM was completely unprepared and had zero clue what she was talking about. So my designer got fired, I went through 2 different construction managers, four installers and the incompetent PM. While the owner himself handled a portion of the cabinet installation and was detailed in his work, that's where the positives ended. To make matters worse, I was required to pay 90% of the cabinet price three months before they even began making the necessary repairs and replacements. After the holidays I was contacted to pay the remaining 10% because they are in need of money for the business and I told them that I wasn't going to pay until the job was 100% complete. Also on the website it states "in business for 22 years." This is very misleading because the owner has only had the company for 3 years with only the name of the company being around for 22 years. Who does business like that? This company--Southwest Kitchen & Bath-- Is going to go out of business soon, and this business is one to avoid!!

Though not the lowest price they gave us the confidence they knew what they were doing and wouldn't just aimlessly cut branches, instead they considered the health of the trees and how to thin them while still providing shade coverage. Josh and Lacy also gave us tips on maintaining them and other plants in our yard. This time, we had just bought a new home and there was a large tree in the side yard that we wanted to take out as it was to close to the house and the wall, besides looking like it was dying. Their quote was inline with others, and we already knew the quality of their work so it was a no brainer in selecting them again. In both cases, they cleaned up so well, we feel the yard was probably cleaner than when they started. We have no problem recommending them not just for the work they do but for their advice as well.
