Jesse is an experienced and versatile electrician who works quickly, solves problems on-the-spot,…read moreand gets the job done right. As part of a house refresh, he re-positioned outlets and switches and installed lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a three-way switch that had been improperly wired. When installing an overhead light he uncovered a prior sketchy DIY job and used some ingenuity to correct the issue and bring it up to code. He designed and installed kitchen under- and over-cabinet lighting (one of his favorite tasks), to cleverly conceal the wiring and conveniently position the dimmer switches. Over several trips, all jobs were done well and at reasonable cost and the job site left clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend Jesse for his consistently excellent work.

This is so rare nowadays that I had to let everyone know! Paul always responded promptly and professionally. He answered my many questions, giving me a quick and honest answer. Stay away from this guy. He was very prompt getting here but that is the best I can say. The…read morecompany is now "Ghost" plumbing and that is apparently what is happening. I am being ghosted. Had a clog in our septic line and after snaking it out, Paul put a camera into the clean-out and it turned out we had roots in the line. Our initial bid of $1200.00 soon turned into $2300.00. We needed a pipe replaced from the house to the septic tank (it was a ten-foot stick of pipe). His helper was the one who did the work After the pipe was replaced, he sealed at the tank with Styrofoam spray. His helper buried the cover the septic tank and all was well. A couple days later the toilets began backing up again. We called Paul and he stated that there was something else wrong with our entire septic system. My wife was angry because we had paid him not only a deposit, but another cash payment to pay his helper. He became indignant that my wife was yelling in the background and he refused to come back to fix this stating " I'm a man and I can't be talked too like that". I called another company to have the tank pumped. When the lid was removed from the tank, there was a dome of Styrofoam blocking the opening to the septic tank. The gentleman who was going to pump the tank began pulling large pieces of foam from the opening. The foam had gone into (and fully blocked) the pipe that empties into the tank, which is why our toilets backed up again. I rented a snake on my own dime and got it opened up. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Ghost plumbing or P&R plumbing as it was previously called. OK. I see Paul has responded. I would just say that I would never ask him to use foam to seal the pipe. I am a jeweler, NOT a plumber. I texted you yesterday BEFORE I paid to rent a snake. You did not answer me. I too have texts and photos Paul. I stand by my assertion. Stay away from this company!

I received bids from Pride, Intelligent Design, Rite Way and Twin Lake Air, all installers with good reputations based on the website ratings and "word of mouth" from neighbors. I ended up going with Twin Lake Air and could not be happier. They were not only less expensive than all the others, whose prices were up to 90% higher than Twin Lake Air's bid, but dealing with them didn't involve listening to an up to one hour "sales pitch" as to "Why my company is so great". Clayton gave me a printed quote in one day that clearly spelled out what they would do. Twin Lake Air completed the job yesterday and all I can say is they did a wonderful, professional job, and the Goodman 17.1 SEER unit they installed is so quiet, it is hard to know if it is running.
