We've used Glenda and her team to look after our cats for going on 6 years. Before our first…read moreservice, she came to our house to meet us and our fur babies. As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason! We highly recommend Glenda and her team.

We tried another pet sitting service before Glenda and her team and we weren't satisfied. After scouring reviews, we decided to give Four Footed Fitness a try. And we are so glad we did! Glenda set up an appointment to meet us and our fur babies and was extra thorough when taking notes about each of their personalities and preferences. Everyday we are away we get photo and text updates and always get a sweet handwritten note on return. We also love the ability to schedule, pay and update information about our cats online! Thank you for always taking amazing care of our kitties, Glenda!!

I've been using FDP for many years now, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I moved to…read moreTucson, I moved around and used a bunch of walkers, and FDP is, by far, the best. My dogs Pep (a pitbull) and Joey (a chihuahua) both totally, totally love Pat. They also love when Chloé and the kids join them. (We're at the point where I just say, "Hey, Pat's here" and Pep & Joey get excited and run to the door to wait for him.) Also, when I had to go away for a week, I used FDP for multiple check-ins throughout the day, and that worked out amazingly well too. Before that, when I traveled I either left the dogs with someone or had someone sleep over with them, so this was the first time I used multiple check-ins like that. And honestly, I had been a little worried about how Pep & Joey would handle being on their own, but it turns out that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Pat and the whole family took amazing care of them. The thing is, Pat and the fam didn't just make sure that Pep & Joey were fed and walked, but they really spent quality time with them. They didn't just care *for* them -- they cared *about* them. I know I can speak for Pep & Joey on this when I say that Pat & the fam really made them feel like they weren't abandoned and that they were being cared for. It was so reassuring knowing that FDP was there. So the tl;dr of it all is: I recommend FDP wholeheartedly. I've been using them for years, and my experience with them has been an 11 out of 10.

Both dogs responded wonderfully to Pat & were calmer than usual with his confidence and manner…read more He's affectionate (rather than indulgent). More costly than what I'm use to and only walks so far. Feeling quite comfortable with the possibility of traveling some time in the future.

This is a hard review to write but I feel it's worth sharing…read more I have been a customer of creature comforts for over eight years and I'm sad to say that new management leaves much to be desired. After hiring a pet sitter to come do two visits during a short day trip we had a huge issue with none of our directions being followed. Our five-month-old puppy was left in the crate to go out after the adult dogs on both visits (sitter put it in her notes) and ended up having an accident during the second visit. The Pet Sitter even noted that the puppy went back into the crate not having gone to the bathroom despite our request to just text us and let us know if we needed to extend the time on our visit. The sitter added to her notes that our neighbor poked his head over the fence and created an issue with the adult dogs which required her to put the puppy in the house unsupervised while she attended to them. When we returned we checked with our neighbor to see what had happened to cause him to peek over the fence. We were shocked to learn that he poked his head over to say hello to which the sitter did not respond or get up from the chair she was sitting in in the backyard. The puppy was not in the yard at all which means he was in his crate. As soon as I saw the notes from the sitter I called Monica the new manager to share my concerns and she agreed 100% that the job was just too much for her new pet sitter. She apologized and offered to take care of our pets herself if our normal pet sitter was not available in the future. When I got the bill the next day I was charged full price for the second visit so I reached out to say that I was shocked I was being charged for the second visit. She quickly responded saying I was right and she should have removed the charge. She actually removed all fees for the whole day which I didn't mention or expect. I thought all was well and we would just move forward. After all this was one rough visit from a newer pet sitter and we have trusted the company for years. WRONG... A few days later I went to book a day trip and my account wasn't working. I messaged Monica to see if she could help. She notified me that they were dropping us as clients because they weren't equipped to train a service dog. To be clear there was no request to train the puppy only to let him out to go potty and play. Needless to say I was incredibly hurt and frustrated. Having been with the company for over 8 years with no issues and many visits every year, this was almost unbelievable. Even more to the point I only discovered we being dropped because I went to book another service. Had I not tried to do so I would have had no idea she was "dropping" us. Especially given the fact that Monica acknowledged the fact that sitter ignored our notes and even added that letting the puppy out first was common sense. We talked to our neighbor who shared that the pet sitter was sitting on the porch the whole time and the puppy wasn't even outside. Now I am searching for a new pet sitter as she refuses to call me and discuss it. She sent an email and apparently I deserve nothing more. I even asked her to reach out so I could share what my neighbor had seen and she refuses to call. I am sad, disappointed and frustrated that this is the situation we are in. I would like to clarify that in the past we have had amazing pet sitters with creature comforts and had zero issues. In fact I used to brag about how amazing creature comforts was to anyone who would listen. Sherry was absolutely amazing and I am hurt by the way this has been handled. Pet parents beware .... Unprofessional management is not trustworthy. When something goes wrong with the sitter the owner seems 100% supportive and understanding then drops you without even saying anything. It's not the same without Sherry.

From the very beginning, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I called them at the last minute due to a change in our holiday travel plans, and they were so quick to accommodate me into their busy schedule. I was immediately put in touch with the amazing person who would be taking care of my fur baby, and we arranged to drop him off ON THANKSGIVING DAY! Who else will do that for you? When I dropped him off, Mayra put me at ease and showed me that my little guy would have his own room where he could play and move about. When we left, I received a message saying that my dog had some treats and went down for a nap. She even sent me a picture of him, throughout the days, she continued to send me updates, pictures and even videos. When I picked him up, he was happy and spunky. I know he had a good weekend there with Mayra. I'm so thankful that I have someone who will take care of my dog the same way I do! These ladies do an amazing job and I can't wait to use them again! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
