This is the exact kind of person I want watching my animals while I am away, because I know that they understand and respect animal behavior. From the very beginning of the process, Ray was incredible to me and my animals. She was very thorough in getting to understand my animals needs before I ever even left. She asked a lot of questions that helped me feel very secure that she had my animals true best interests at heart. The entire time I was gone, I received consistent and detailed updates from Ray, and this was so amazing for me !! I've had pet sitters give updates, but Ray literally sends videos, pictures, and stories of things that happened, in addition to the basic updates.
