I've had several different massage therapists, and every single one has been attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure the session is tailored to what I need. Before each massage, they always ask if there are any areas I'd like them to focus on and what level of pressure I prefer. Whether I'm looking to relieve tight shoulders or just unwind, they've consistently delivered one of the best massages I've had. The space itself is spotless, with an elegant, calming atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. The heated massage tables are such a nice touch, because I'm always cold! If you're looking for a true Thai massage experience, they also incorporate techniques like walking on your back (with your comfort in mind), which provides an amazing deep stretch and pressure. One tip: make an appointment. They're popular for a reason, and they book up quickly. They also accept Zelle, which is a convenient way to pay and avoid card processing fees. It's not easy to find a massage place that's this consistent, clean, and professional. This is one of those businesses that earns repeat customers, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

His new place he moved into is nice also. Only downside I anticipate is his prices are on the higher end (about 130$ for 1hr, 230$ for 2hr), but compared to his competitors, I think he's worth every dollar. Very much recommend.

I received a Groupon from my family for Mother's Day and was so excited to book a massage! Before…read morescheduling, I spent some time reading Yelp reviews and, honestly, I was a little hesitant based on some of the comments I saw. When I called to make an appointment, they were pretty booked up, so my appointment was about 10 days out. A few days before my visit, I got a call that they needed to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict. Sue was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in getting me back on the calendar. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and filled out some basic paperwork. I know several reviews mention the forms, but it was nothing unusual--just standard information. No social security number or first-born child required! Julie took me back right on time and explained her massage approach before getting started. The room was peaceful and relaxing, and she checked in just enough to make sure the pressure was comfortable while still letting me fully unwind. The massage itself was amazing. In fact, later that evening my daughter asked if I was okay. When I said yes, she told me I seemed "super mellow." That's when I realized just how relaxed I felt! Julie definitely worked her magic, and the effects lasted well beyond the appointment. Since I used a Groupon, I did have to sign a form acknowledging that only one Groupon is allowed per client, which seems completely reasonable. They also offered a few special deals for first-time Groupon customers. I'm actually having a little buyer's remorse for not taking advantage of the $60 massage special they offered that day! Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with Health Atlast. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a massage for my mom yesterday…read more Unfortunately, I couldn't go with her because I had already left for Vegas. My mom doesn't speak fluent English, so she needed a little help understanding and filling out the paperwork when she arrived. That is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the way your front desk staff treated her. The older white woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of kindness or understanding toward someone with a language barrier, she spoke to my mom in a condescending tone, literally made her feel embarrassed and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated that way. This wasn't even the first red flag. When I called to make the appointment, I could already sense how unfriendly and rude the front desk staff were over the phone. After seeing how my mom was treated in person, it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than just one bad interaction. As a customer, I came here expecting professional service, not to have a family member treated with disrespect simply because she doesn't speak English fluently. Language barriers should be met with patience and basic human decency, not hostility. The massage therapist was okay, to be honest my mom told me her pain area wasn't getting any better after the massage. If the owner reads this, I sincerely hope you take this seriously. Your front desk employees represent your business, and they need proper customer service training. No one should leave your establishment feeling humiliated because they needed a little extra help communicating. If I could give zero stars for the front desk experience, I absolutely would.
