Great experience. Wonderful massage and this foot machine that is used was a surprising delight - still feeling the affects 7 hours later.

This has become my go-to spot for Thai massage, and after multiple visits, I can confidently say…read morethe quality is incredibly consistent. I've had several different massage therapists, and every single one has been attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure the session is tailored to what I need. Before each massage, they always ask if there are any areas I'd like them to focus on and what level of pressure I prefer. Whether I'm looking to relieve tight shoulders or just unwind, they've consistently delivered one of the best massages I've had. The space itself is spotless, with an elegant, calming atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. The heated massage tables are such a nice touch, because I'm always cold! If you're looking for a true Thai massage experience, they also incorporate techniques like walking on your back (with your comfort in mind), which provides an amazing deep stretch and pressure. One tip: make an appointment. They're popular for a reason, and they book up quickly. They also accept Zelle, which is a convenient way to pay and avoid card processing fees. It's not easy to find a massage place that's this consistent, clean, and professional. This is one of those businesses that earns repeat customers, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Paula because she is truly amazing at what she does. She knows exactly how to work out all the knots in my neck and shoulders without causing any pain or bruising, which is so hard to find. You can tell she really understands the body and pays attention to what you need. This has honestly become my favorite once a month treat. I always leave feeling stretched out, reset, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that actually knows what they're doing and makes you feel taken care of.

The guy I had literally put his entire strength on my shoulders and back and I feel like he hit every knot and I felt super nimble after. I had a lower back injury few years ago and my back feels so much better. I didn't even realize I had that much tension there but they were able to release the knots. My boyfriend and I noticed how strong they were when they were giving us our massage. Compared to some luxury spas who kinda just do the bare minimum , this place definitely released stress in my body and worked through every muscle. Though you're in a room full of other people, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They do ask you to pay upfront. I paid $30 for the 60 min. And then after your massage you tip your masseuse. Some will ask to take off your tops and they'll provide robes and I noticed some kept their tops on. I guess it's preference? I tipped mine $20 and he looked happy. I liked how they don't chase you down for more as some other places will do. Overall I really like this place and will be going back in the near future!

The price is really cheap, so they expect you to tip really well (there's a tip suggestion next to their menu board lol) I recommend making an appointment, especially if you want to request a female masseuse. I paid $30 for 60 mins. They walk you to a dimly-lit room with relaxing music. This room is a COMMON ROOM with a bunch of massage tables and people getting massages next to each other - male and female. There are no curtains or dividers to separate each client. The male client next to me was snoring, which I thought was funny more than annoying. They had me and my friends keep our clothes on with our female masseuses. I noticed that some other girls with male masseuses had to change into towel robes. They have you put your items and shoes in a basket and they put it in the back room. The massage was super thorough and hit every crevice of my body. It felt like a deep tissue massage - she had lots of strength! When it came to massaging my back and I was face down, she unhooked my bra and pulled my shirt up to expose my back. Considering we were in a common room, I was confused at first, but it didn't make me uncomfortable, so it was fine. At the end, I tipped my masseuse $20, and she did take a moment to analyze how much I tipped her, and she smiled and said thank you. She didn't chase me down for a $30 tip like some other reviews said, which I was nervous that was going to happen.

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a massage for my mom yesterday…read more Unfortunately, I couldn't go with her because I had already left for Vegas. My mom doesn't speak fluent English, so she needed a little help understanding and filling out the paperwork when she arrived. That is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the way your front desk staff treated her. The older white woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of kindness or understanding toward someone with a language barrier, she spoke to my mom in a condescending tone, literally made her feel embarrassed and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated that way. This wasn't even the first red flag. When I called to make the appointment, I could already sense how unfriendly and rude the front desk staff were over the phone. After seeing how my mom was treated in person, it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than just one bad interaction. As a customer, I came here expecting professional service, not to have a family member treated with disrespect simply because she doesn't speak English fluently. Language barriers should be met with patience and basic human decency, not hostility. The massage therapist was okay, to be honest my mom told me her pain area wasn't getting any better after the massage. If the owner reads this, I sincerely hope you take this seriously. Your front desk employees represent your business, and they need proper customer service training. No one should leave your establishment feeling humiliated because they needed a little extra help communicating. If I could give zero stars for the front desk experience, I absolutely would.

Before…read morescheduling, I spent some time reading Yelp reviews and, honestly, I was a little hesitant based on some of the comments I saw. When I called to make an appointment, they were pretty booked up, so my appointment was about 10 days out. A few days before my visit, I got a call that they needed to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict. Sue was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in getting me back on the calendar. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and filled out some basic paperwork. I know several reviews mention the forms, but it was nothing unusual--just standard information. No social security number or first-born child required! Julie took me back right on time and explained her massage approach before getting started. The room was peaceful and relaxing, and she checked in just enough to make sure the pressure was comfortable while still letting me fully unwind. The massage itself was amazing. In fact, later that evening my daughter asked if I was okay. When I said yes, she told me I seemed "super mellow." That's when I realized just how relaxed I felt! Julie definitely worked her magic, and the effects lasted well beyond the appointment. Since I used a Groupon, I did have to sign a form acknowledging that only one Groupon is allowed per client, which seems completely reasonable. They also offered a few special deals for first-time Groupon customers. I'm actually having a little buyer's remorse for not taking advantage of the $60 massage special they offered that day! Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with Health Atlast. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

One-Star Review I'm…read morevery disappointed with my experience here. I called the day before to confirm that I wanted a 1-hour deep tissue massage**, and I was told the price would be $70. On the day of my appointment, I specifically emphasized, both on the paperwork and in person, that I wanted my upper back and neck to be the focus. Unfortunately, it felt like those areas were largely avoided. The massage itself also did not feel like a deep tissue massage. There was very little pressure or effort, and it felt much more like a Swedish-style massage with stretching. There were several other issues that made the experience even more frustrating. During the scalp massage, massage oil was getting into my hair. Despite paying for a full one-hour massage, the masseuse left the room twice during the appointment to get oil or towels. The most disappointing part was what happened afterward. When I was uncomfortable giving a tip because I felt the services I requested had not been provided, the masseuse became confrontational and said, "Where are you from? Guess not tipping is common there, huh?" I found that comment extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. When I explained that I had specifically requested a deep tissue massage and did not feel that I received one, I was then told that deep tissue massages cost $80. This directly contradicted what I had been told over the phone the day before, when I specifically called to confirm the 1-hour deep tissue massage for $70. I also did not see anything clearly stating that price difference. Overall, this was an unprofessional and unsatisfying experience. The massage did not match what I requested, the pricing was inconsistent with what I was told beforehand, and the interaction regarding the tip was particularly uncomfortable. I would not return.
