Trey was very knowledgeable and even took the time to discuss the repair with me in detail. He thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend using G&H for appliance repairs.

GH Appliance Repair was selected by the home seller--not by me--to fix a leaking dishwasher as part…read moreof the real estate contract. The repair was completed in early September, but within three weeks the dishwasher was still leaking at the final walk‑through. They were contacted again on September 16 under their labor warranty. GH Appliance Repair came out on September 17 and claimed the leak was fixed. After closing on September 18, I inspected the appliance myself and found the dishwasher was still leaking exactly as before. I reached out once more on September 24 to have the issue corrected under their labor warranty. At that point, the company told me that because I was now the "new owner," they would not honor the warranty--even though the original repair was never successful. The dishwasher was never fixed, the issue persisted through multiple visits, and the company refused to stand behind their own work. I cannot recommend GH Appliance Repair based on this experience.

They installed a Dishwasher in one of my units and actually came out at least 2 times because it wasn't working properly. They tried to charge me both times for the LEMON they sold me. I also had them come to another property of mine to fix the stove, which they said they ordered a part and they never came back to fix it. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing. I told them never to ask my tenants for money and they did anyways. Again, I could go on, but to Repeat, HORRIBLE Appliances they use and the Service is even worse! Use Someone Else!
