They did not even start my bathroom until March 28th 2022 and the work that was done need to be done over. I paid them $9200.00 down and the attached pictures will show you what I got. I had the owner of the business Mr Duane Hayes to come to my house to see the work that was already done and he said I can't have that job behind my name. He told me that he would send Mr Todd back to fix my bathroom and that was the middle of May,now remember this was supposed to be a two day job. On June 14th they had the nerve to call me and at that time I just told them not to come back because I was sick of all the lies I turn them over to the DPOR and they close my case when I told them that I had an attorney and sent me a letter stating that they found no violations and the attorney went ghost so I am out of 9200.00 and my bathroom has no shower or running water in the bath tub. My husband and I are both senior citizens and we were trying to make the bathroom safe for us , him with a knee replacement and me with screws and rods in my back and a big bill to payback I have text10 on my side and call channel 3 I will not stop until I get my money back and No Five Star Bath Solution's of Williamsburg can never step foot back in my home . I did not post a picture of the shower because all I have is two walls. I paid a plumber $580.00 to hook up my sink and my husband, grandson and I put the mirror up so that we could at least use the toilet and sink but I left everything else the same way they left it so that I could have good evidence.
