Parking underground in the Equitable Building parking with monthly available (and convenient if you want to go to K-Town or H-Mart on evenings or weekends!).

This place is different than any other place I have rented in the past. Theresa and her crew are awesome. They are always on the floor working, making sure everything is running smoothly. The building is the old L A Mart which is great because it is a super close to Downtown (just South of the 10 and East of the 110) without all the hassles of gridlock traffic and armed robbery parking rates for your clients. The building in old and has issues (don't we all); but again the management of Maker City is right on top of the building maintenance making sure little problems don't become bigger ones. Another difference between this place and other PBC locations is that a staff member is here from early in the morning to late in the evening and sometimes on the weekends. It's really AWESOME!

However the women have bathrooms on each floor so that's sexist. Okay so let's sit at a table and look at the view and charge our phone.... There is not one single outlet anywhere. This year we had it at the Hollywood Ballroom this place is very spacious and the Hollywood vibes are pretty cool. We had a 360 camera in the room they have pictures of all the celebrities everyone loved it! Back to Maria she is so easy to work with and her vision about room set up was on point! If you plan on having your next event here don't be fooled by the outside take a walk inside and take in the beautiful rooms! Hollywood ball room hosted 100 -150 people perfect room to dance, live band, food and bar! Geisha room also fits about the same amount but room is much smaller.
