The gelato was creamy and light, so it delivered the flavor but not too heavy that sat in stomach. We ordered the award winning flavor - Mandorla Affogato (a twist of Affogato) which has bits of caramelized almond within the creamy vanilla background. I didn't get a strong espresso flavor as it would have, but the ratio of almond bits and gelato was just right - occasionally crunchiness hidden within the creaminess of gelato. The second flavor we ordered was the poached strawberry with balsamic vinegar. The acidity from balsamic vinegar and strawberry was muted yet complimented the gelato base. It was not too sweet, yet there's a hint of the balsamic vinegar and strawberry. We were too busy getting into the gelato before taking a picture, but check out this place if you are nearby. We got lucky because after we waited to order, there was a huge line behind us. They have a variety of ice cream flavors plus other items on their menu like cakes and teas. The staff was very patient with us as my sister wanted to order a milkshake which is different in the States compared to Australia. My sister wanted to make sure that what she expected in a milkshake would be understood and reciprocated to the staff. Even though they don't normally make a milkshake like the States do, they did their best. I enjoyed my ice cream and it was perfect to end the night.

Besides the advantage of choosing everything you like and having control over what ratios you want for the flavours, the actual frozen yogurt itself is great! It's not too milky like Icecream which makes it a bit lighter to eat. My recommendation is fresh strawberries and original yogurt. It's simple but a winner combination!

Sweet original doesn't change (I usually hate the originals in other froyo shops, but the original here is number one for me), and the other three can be anything from lychee to snickers. Both were very fragrant, and though I never thought of melon ice cream and feta cheese as a combo, having cheese in my ice cream was definitely something new (and something I don't think I'd like again), but the Melon ice cream was very delicious and perfect for a summer day. I also really liked the Mango & Coconut, especially the coconut flakes. The texture of the ice cream was really something--thick, stretchy, gum-like that is like no other. It was a Friday night around 9p, and when we got there the line was stretching out the door. We decided to wait. The anticipation built as we got inside, continued to make our way to the frozen yogurt and then to the counter with all of the toppings. In addition to a lot of the usual toppings, they had whole lychee, which was a wonderful surprise. We loaded up and found a seat outside. The yogurt was amazing - the perfect creamy texture with a wonderful tart flavor. It's the closest thing I've had to Yogorino in all these years, and a wonderful treat to end our adventures in Australia.

Framed by two escalators this little place is more of a grab and go spot than somewhere to lounge around next to, though there are a few bar stools and high tables available. I plumped for a white chocolate and hazelnut scoop in a cone (though you can also get them in a cup) and was quickly transported to 7th heaven. It just hit the spot and provides something ideal for those out shopping in need of a pick-me-up. For those who can't get enough, the gelato is available to buy in 1/2 litre tubs too. What's more, there's also a chocolate fountain. You can have it the chocolate drizzled on strawberries, bananas, in a cup or on a Belgian waffle. These guys know shoppers all too well... My Sweet Boutique ( MSB ) is one of Sydney's hottest food trucks and it specialises in waffles. They open to the public Wednesday - Sunday and serve across from the Enmore Park. The Food Truck is beautifully decorated by lots of nice food isms and the whole truck screams Instagram so you better be prepared to # and snap to your hearts content and that's before and of the glorious food is even served. The Waffles come in 6 variations of flavours some of which include the 2204 and Enmore Road. The flavours favour from the flavouring sauces and fruit and nut content. The option is for it to come in a slider ($6) slab ($9) or in a mason jar ($12). Of course everyone wants the jar because it's more fun. The jar I got was 2204 which offered a combination of ice cream, smashed waffles, banana, popcorn and salted Caramel. The presentation is absolutely amazing here and it's almost a crime to eat out of something that looks that good but just try and resist. The jar comes with the option of a lid too which is cute if you want to keep the jar and try DIY job on it later. Also on offer here is the famous Nutella names Jars. So basically you get a personalised jar stacked with waffles and cream on the top and inside gorgeous Nutella and ice cream on the inside. It's an absolute must for anyone that wants to show off to their friends. The staff are extremely friendly and happy to assist you with recommendations on the best selections. My Sweet Boutique is a gorgeous food truck that is definitely a piece of gold that Marrickville is happy to keep for themselves because these place would go off anywhere because my friends this place is an absolute diamond.
