Muchas gracias nuevamente. Que sigan cosechando éxitos y que reciban muchas bendiciones. I hired a mariachi duo to serenade my mother on her birthday, and they were wonderful. I had requested traditional romantic Boleros, and the two musicians performed them beautifully. My mom absolutely loved the music and the serenade made her so happy. It filled my heart to see my mom experience so much joy. The musicians even tailored some of the songs to honor my mom's home country of Colombia, which we really appreciated. My mom lives in an assisted living facility that has taken significant precautions during Covid -19. The serenade took place outdoors, at a safe distance, and the musicians wore masks. Highly recommend Rigo and Serenatas Directo. read more

I hired the Mariachi Trio Serenatas Directo to play for a small surprise gathering for my moms 80th birthday. They were great! They played song requests that me, my mom and dad wanted to hear along with other classic Mariachi favorites. They were really professional, friendly along with a little bit of humor which me and my family appreciated and got some laughs from. Very entertaining and I have to add they play and sing really well. I would highly recommend Serenatas Directo to anyone looking for a Mariachi in the Bay Area! read more

Amazing Service and performances. Rigo was awesome to work with. I have used their trio services twice and been extremely satisfied both times. My mom had a 60th bday celebration and this trio went out of there way to learn several Colombian songs so that she could feel extra special that day. Then again during a "serenata" we had for my bride to be they learned some more Colombian songs so they could incorporate it into their performance. They were completely unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone that would like to have a great time. They left us all dancing and celebrating like we were in Latin America! Awesome! read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC mariachi group. Rigo was terrific to work with. Extremely professional and attentive to our needs. Followed up and was in contact with us throughout the whole process. There were many mariachi groups to choose from so went off the YELP reviews and so glad we did. Rigo worked with us to choose our songs giving us guidance while also listening to our requests . The group was right on time and when they were finished Rigo was texting us asking if everything went ok. Will absolutely call Rigo again for our next fiesta event. In addition to the great professionalism , both Israel and Francisco were marvelous musicians. Beautiful voices and very talented violin and guitar players. Highly recommend!!! read more

I would not hire this Mariachi band if they played free. Rigo was very rude and unprofessional. Read the terms of agreement before you decide to hire these guys. It states that they also use other bands so maybe you won't get the band you think you're getting. Also, they don't play at any public places so that you can hear them live. After I told Rigo that I didn't want to hire them, because of his attitude, he left me a voicemail that said that I was wasting his time and that it was ridiculous because I didn't decide immediately to hire them. I'm glad I took my time to find the right Mariachi band. Even though this band sounds good on Youtube, I wouldn't want to hire a guy with such a bad, unprofessional attitude. Joanne read more

I am purely quoting on the customer service. I DID NOT END UP BOOKING. The time did not work out but the owner was very friendly and got back to me with a phone call then text message. He was on top of it and professional and understood that I couldn't book with him. He offered the Trio for $350 for one hour. The Trio musicians were guitars only. He wasn't trying to upsell me and wasn't pushy. Customer service is everything and he did a great job! I failed to write his name down but his cell phone number was 415-506-7314 read more

I really wanted to make my father's 75th birthday memorable, but was apprehensive about hiring someone. Had I known of the great experience we would have, I would have never hesitated. Rigo was not only on time but he was early, and we were able to time his entrance just perfect as my father was ready for us to sing him happy birthday. To his great surprise, Rigo entered with his guitar and mariachi outfit, looking & sounding fantastic. He took the party to another level, incorporating both my father and mother into the beautifully played song he performed. I really can't say enough good things. If ever we are in need of a mariachi again, I hope he will still be available for hire. Thank you so much Rigo! read more

I needed to book a good mariachi at the last minute for a funeral and am very happy with the services this group provided. Rigo was very responsive, polite and professional. The deposit and contract signing was all conducted via email and Venmo, this was perfect as I was busy running around making funeral arrangements. The mariachi sounded wonderful, as good as I could have hoped for! I needed them at two different venues over the three hour period I booked them for and it was not a problem. They knew nearly every song request and arrived ten minutes early. Everyone complimented the mariachi I selected and I will definitely enlist their services again. Thank you, Rigo!! read more

These guys are INCREDIBLE. They are so professional, sharply dressed and they have absolutely beautiful instruments. If you need a great mariachi band, I highly recommend contacting Rigoberto at Serenatas Directo. He got me an awesome Mariachi band (led by Hector) that played at my wife's 40th birthday party. Everyone at the party was very impressed with the mariachis! We had guests that were hearing mariachis live for the first time as well as a lot of people from Mexico that have seen many mariachis, and both groups agreed that this is a special mariachi band. The band actually showed up an hour early which ended up working out perfectly. read more
