I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air…read morewedge and a metal rod to reach through the slit and grab set of keys (mind you there were like 6 keys). After the job my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap. I asked the technician to pour some water on that area to check the seal, and water leaked inside the car. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like "Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?" which came across as condescending. Later they claimed to have before and after photos, but they only took a picture after the job and tried to use that as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional. The leak and misalignment started immediately after their service, and their reaction showed no accountability or respect. I would not recommend this company. If you ever hire them, make sure to document everything with photos and videos because they will deny any responsibility if something goes wrong. Edit: The owner replied by calling me a scammer. I posted actual evidence: photos, a video of the leak, and a Yelp reimbursement confirmation siding with my claim. Insults don't change documented facts.

By then, I was able to get into the building. He came for a minute & told me the door had a deadbolt & he wouldn't be able to help me anyway. Then told me I needed to give him $450. I did not sign anything or agree to anything beforehand. As someone who works in service - if I show up to a job for 1 minute & say I'm unable to help - I don't get paid $450. Then, David tries bum rushing/stalking me & my neighbor into the building. It was very scary - as he was also with 2 other people. Afterwards he continued banging on the front entrance of the apartment building (again, its 11pm), spam calling me, & sending me texts saying he hopes to God I'm harmed & that I'm a piece of shit. Thank you for arriving way past my original call, doing absolutely nothing/saying you can't help, attempting to stalk me into my apartment, spam calling me, and threatening to harm me! Very nice :) If you're into having a high anxiety experience, questioning your safety, on top of being locked out of your home - this company is for you!
