There are several picnic tables, a port-a-potty, a splash pad (wasn't operating since it's winter), and a playground. Our four-year-old and 17-month-old both had fun playing and found plenty to do. At no time have we ever had anything less than a stellar experience. The wranglers are all great. Friendly, talkative and eager to cater to the riders in any way. They even fulfill our request for The Kid to always have the same horse, which is a HUGE plus for her. We've been there so many times we know the names of most of the horses. The rides are just under an hour and are a really nice, restorative experience.

It is getting pretty grown up now, but you can still follow the roads to the side of the river to look for birds or fish. The closed boat ramps are secluded and there is poaching, be careful.
