He responded quickly, worked efficiently, and completed the repair much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. What impressed me most was his professionalism and attention to detail. The workmanship was excellent and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a reliable, honest plumber who takes pride in his work, Joe is the person to call. I was told that there was another hose that needed to be replaced because it wasn't up to code. I was charged $700 for the replacement hose. The problem was not resolved, and when I called back to inform the plumber that the washing machine was still leaking, I was told to call an appliance tech because they don't repair washing machines. The plumber refused to refund me my money after I had explained that the leak had not been fixed, and the job was not resolved. Now I have to spend more money to have an appliance tech come out and assess the problem, and pay for any repairs. I was taken advantage of, for sure!

I called 3 different companies that all came in around the same price, however I chose County Line because of their professionalism and promptness in responding to the request for quote. Each time I called the company to ask a question or schedule the work, the office staff were very friendly, passed on information to the owners and the owners called me back very quickly. When they came into the house to run the plumbing for the dry well, they were very courteous and did their best to be quiet as they were working near my home office. They got the job done quickly, put down grass seed and straw to repair the lawn and even used a blower on the driveway, leaving it cleaner than when they showed up. I'd recommend County Line for any of our septic needs.
