Property sellers beware! Do not allow the buyers' agent to arrange for your septic tank pumping prior to inspection without disclosure of the pumping fee in advance. This co. hires the most expensive pumping contractors in the state. For a 500 gallon tank they charged $405. A year ago Oct, the same tank was pumped for $155! read more
