Could not have asked for better service both on the phone and in person. Very reasonable cost in line with I have paid prior to this service. I would have them service my folks.

Last week on 7-24-2013 I was ripped off for 195.00 by Aaron-Andrews Septic Services out of Goshen, Ohio. They had pumped my septic last year and it was full again. The lid was completely under water, I found that strange since I pump every 3-5 yrs and I now had to have it pumped again a little over yr later .. They showed up and pumped for about 10 minutes and said they were full , took my money and left. 6 days later August 1 when I came home from out of town I find the lid is completely under water again so I called them again. The owner argued with me and said he pumped it and it filled back up with water and I had a problem and told me he would not pump it for free I would have to pay again! Mind you it had only been 6 days since I was pumped out so I told him if I had to pay again it would not be him! I called SOS LLC and they were awesome over the phone and showed up very fast and just as awesome in person!.. Aaron & Andrews didn't even replace the lid to my tank properly it was thrown on all crooked and jacked up out of place not even covering it the opening all the way. The owner of SOS said he would be able to tell if the tank was pumped all the way out and sure enough it wasn't! He pumped out of about a half hr or more a bunch of human waste and cleaned out over a foot of sludge from the bottom. He said there was no way one could have that much waste in 6 days if pumped out all the way. The owner of SOS made sure my lid was properly replaced removing dirt that had fallen when Aaron & Andrews took it up and even sucked excess water from my yard so it would dry our quicker.. Thank you SOS!!! !!! You rock and have my business from here on out! I highly recommend SOS if you ever need help with your septic! They are friendly and care about their customers!

There were still solids in the tank where they didn't pump out! Quick $400 for them. Then argued with me that they did pump it out. Then want to charge exploratory charges for proposed work when the other business did was to pump the lines out because it was clogged!

MY opinion they most likely didn't pump me all the way out the 1st time in 2012 either to have to be pumped out a little over a yr later .. BEWARE ,, also be aware they have 3 different phone numbers and locations the other 2 are Goshen, Ohio and Milford, Ohio and they also have the name Aaron-Andrews Septic Service on their invoice.
