We hired Tucker to dig it deeper and shape it into the perfect pond that we could stock with fish. He did an oustanding job, despite the number of times we had to put the project on hold because the pond would dry up and then it would rain and get muddy again. Ug! (it should be noted that he honored his original quote, despite the number of times Mother Nature foiled our plans) He's very professional, nice as can be, and really has a vision for what you're looking for. He also really cares about the project. Our pond has a very established wetland around one side where all the wildlife (frogs, salamanders, turtles, birds, etc.) make their homes. William was very careful to not upset the ecosystem of our beautiful pond in the process of making it a good 8 feet deeper. He left the trees we wanted, and took out the ones we didn't. I really liked that, seeing as the last estimates we got, we were told either "it can't be done", or "we're going to have to tear all of this out". Horse feathers! Have multiple texts messages of him saying all the work he would finish. He quit responding to my messages. Its almost a year later and still the job isn't complete. Definitely would NOT hire him. We agreed on the price and he had said he would level out all the dirt he dug up, plant grass seed and lay hay. I had already given him a deposit but the day of the job he said I had to pay him in full, which I did. I then noticed he was not present during the laying of my new driveway. Nor has he been out since though I have text him numerous times and every time he promises to come by but never has. This has been an ongoing saga for months. I had a number of issues with the job, 1) there was a huge gully at end of my driveway which they never filled in, 2) after a rain driveway drains in towards the existing driveway, therefore puddling in the middle where you get out of your vehicle, 3) he did NOT extend the length of the driveway for what I paid him extra to do 4) tore up my yard in the process, and 5) he never came back to look at any of my complaints and 6)certainly never came back to level the dirt or plant grass seed like he promised. I would NOT recommend him for this type work especially if you are paying him.

Mr. Meeks can really convince you that he knows what he's doing but buyer beware! I requested he…read morepour a 10' x 11' pad for a hot tub. It took weeks to begin because of a family emergency. The day he poured it I was told that he added a rapid curing agent so he could pull the forms the same day. He did not do that and left without my knowledge. Upon removing the forms the next day, each of the four sides bow out in the middle and the cement was apparently not compacted along the sides so it looks rough where air pockets were located. I do not have a rectangular pad but rather one that looks bowed out on all four sides. Mr. Meeks said it would have to cure two months before he could come back of fill in the imperfections along the sides. I called him around his designated time but he said he had a family emergency. So, I'm stuck with a rather unsightly pad and hardened excess concrete strewn around the yard. It appears it is up to me to clean up after him.
