Yes, they are professionals which means that certain repairs will cost more. However, with a service visit, they can assess beforehand and give you a quote, leaving you to decide if you would like to go with their services. Personally, as a homeowner, there were several things wrong with our new build that we needed some help on. Our builders rushed through several things, including an issue with electricity that always scares me. The staff who helped us have always been extremely dedicated, explaining us each step they were going to do patiently, without contempt or condescension.
