Thank you! Backstory: T.J. from Wingle Septic did a camera study of my home's pipes to locate the septic tank for a clean out. He told me the septic tank was "somewhere here under these two deck footings, and all that gravel. Those footings and part of the deck need to be removed, the stockade fence and horizontal posts need to be removed, and my crew doesn't hand dig, you need to excavate the gravel yourself because my equipment is too big." I was devastated. I spent weeks shoveling and removing the gravel and then called Wingle Septic twice, leaving voicemails. T.J. did not return two voicemails. I had no confidence now for Wingle Septic and decided to use another company. I had a contractor come out to evaluate moving the two deck footings and he said he strongly felt the camera study result I received was too vague and recommended another camera study before dismantling my deck. Thank goodness for his advice and honesty! Joe from Septic Experts was recommended highly by several people for his excellent reputation, professional employees and great customer relations. I spoke with Kim, the Office Manager, and explained my situation. She assured me that they could handle everything. Joe came and said there would not be any problem getting his equipment into my yard. He also said his company would have removed all the gravel if it was necessary. Kim referred me to a gentleman that accurately located the septic tank in the pathway of the yard....nowhere near my deck, the stockade fence and the footings... I did NOT need to move deck footings! Wingle Septic was completely wrong! I had spent weeks excavating gravel for nothing. I can't imagine the cost and waste of money Wingle Septic would have cost me!! I would not recommend Strictly Septic for home septic inspections. He showed up two hours late to…read moreour appointment. We had already left because we live far away and had a small time window. He did the inspection without us there. The septic had a problem, but instead of failing it and letting us know, he made a deal with the homeowner to fix it for them. When we tried to call him, he did not answer for days. When he finally did, he was rude and said since we were not paying him anymore, he did not need to answer us. He never gave us the inspection report. The work he did on the septic was poor. He used cheap (rock-filled) soil. We had to spend another $1,000 to fix it. Save yourself the stress and do not use them for septic inspections.

Chuck Sweed came out to our home on an emergency call. While installing the new septic, he…read morediscovered a deep sink hole. Rather than back filling the sink hole with rock and making sure the ground was stable, he backfilled it with dirt which collapsed at the first big rain. He placed the Dbox at the edge of the sink hole, with the distribution pipe going across the sink hole. When the ground gave way, the system cracked and broke. When contacted, Chuck claimed this was not his responsibility. When I harrassed him enough, he came out and said the hole was not big deal, the system was fine and he'd fill it, which he never did. Got bids from two other companies both of whom said he failed to backfill the sinkhole properly before installing the system and that the pipes and dbox cracked. We paid the new company to do it right. Chuck Sweed is dishonest, does not stand by his work nor does he care about the customer. Avoid this company like the plague!

Left at 6:30 AM to drive out to the job meeting- received a call cancelling our morning appointment and could "reschedule at some time later in the afternoon". After voicing the inconvenience the last minute rescheduling has created- the Woman (secretary) on the phone was rude and ignorant, she was also very rude when I was booking . This job was a full bathroom install. won't be using this company.
