The team members greeted us as we walked in and were super nice, offering assistance and demos but this was a quick visit as we popped in on our way to lunch. The shop was nicely laid out with bath bombs being displayed on the wall in the back. I've only ever seen this done in shops in the UK and Ireland so that was fun! We were getting a regular pedicure and a kids pedicure. We were sat at the pedicure chair with our feet soaking in water after, what we did not expect was to wait an additional 35 minutes just to get service. The lady came over to start our service and that is honestly where it went down hill. Then they asked what we abated and I mentioned again a kids pedicure and a regular pedicure. They asked what was the girls age and I said 10 years old. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a kids pedicure because she was 10 but their policy is 10 years old AND younger. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.

We circled the shoe area trying to find the one she had in mind. As we were chatting about different options, I looked down and there it was! It was exactly what she described and she was elated. A sales associate approached us to help and placed the request using an iPad. As we waited, he returned a couple times to let us know that they're having a difficult time locating the pair due to inventory moving around because of the sale, but they're working on it. After several more minutes, Kandace was sent to assist us further. She said that the shoe could not be found but offered the option to ship it. Unfortunately, our daughter is moving out of her apartment in a couple days, so this was not ideal. I instead asked for it to be shipped to the store. She didn't hesitate to assist with that. We encountered a couple issues as she was trying to process the transaction. The only solution was for me to place the order myself on the app. She was quite apologetic for the inconvenience, but she was too sweet and helpful to find her at fault. It took me just a few minutes to place the order. We then decided to check-out the sale rack on our way out. The daughter fell in love with a Damson Madder mini dress. It was a perfect fit and 35% off -- I had to buy it. Cidney was the sales associate at the register. She was so much fun to chat with as she handled our transaction. In search of a birthday present for my wife, I perused the clothing on the uppermost of three floors looking for something that would match her style. Under the impression that everything in the store was uber-expensive, I was surprised at the vast range of prices! You could find a $40 skirt on sale, or a designer $1000 jacket, everything from bargains to the pinnacle of fashion! Searching for the right item but (as a typical male) rather clueless about fashion, the most charming young lady named Lindsey emerged and became my personal guide, my guardian angel of fashion. With class, sophistication, and professionalism, this Nordstrom employee offered suggestions, gave expert advice, found additional options for clothes in the back, and truly went overboard to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and enlightened.
