When she arrived the lady who she booked with told her that she couldn't take her for her appointment because the next client had already arrived ... 1.5 hours early... She then asked her to switch places with the next client because she was 15 minutes late despite her calling ahead. Instead of being served she had her appointment canceled and did not receive service. It's already incredibly difficult to plan ahead and make these kinds of appointments when taking care of two kids only to have your appointment forfeited because you're 15 minutes late after calling ahead. This is pretty egregious service if you ask me but that's probably why this place is already so horribly rated. People deserve better than this - especially pregnant mothers.

Well, as I was walking out of the store, and white man walked into the store, and both ladies jumped at the bit to make sure they spoke. Needless and sad to say... I will certainly not be back.
