The waiting room was overly crowded, and appointments were never on time. You would think this was worth it for the ownership to keep the practice going strong, right? No. Now, with the elusive Dr. Wingrove's departure (and really, how often was she there?), there is no board-certified Dermatologist readily available in this area. It was hard enough to get an appointment before; now forget about it! OK, so there is a PA to do Botox, but what about complex treatments and diagnostic rarities? C'mon doctors. When I needed a specialist, he referred me to a top-shelf oral surgeon. Dr. Marc's staff is exceptional. They are all very pleasant and capable. I twisted my ankle on Sunday walking and was in excruciating pain. I was able to get an appointment…read morethe next day with Dr. Teimouri in the Bridgewater office. The front staff was very friendly, and I appreciate that even more because I realized after my appointment that in order to get me in that day, they had to see me during their lunch hour. I don't know any doctors office that would see a patient during their lunch hour, but that really shows how this office puts their patients first. I had xrays taken in office, which was really convenient. Dr. Teimouri spent time going over the xrays with me, feeling my ankle, moving it around, and asking me a ton of questions so that she could figure out exactly what was going on. She said that after assessing me, I had a grade 2 sprain and no break. She didn't suspect a tear in the ankle, but she said I could have an MRI to confirm for sure if it would make me more comfortable knowing 100%. She wrapped me ankle in a soft cast and fitted me with a boot to wear so that I didn't injure my ankle any further. I did have the MRI done and just as she said, I had a grade 2 ankle sprain, no break or tear l. She called me the next day after I had the MRI to give me the results and to reassure me that the care plan we had gone over during my visit was the best course of treatment. She told me to call any time if I have any new symptoms or any questions. I have honestly never had a better experience with a doctor. I feel like now a days, doctors don't really know how to asses their patients and rely on imaging and labs. It was obvious that Dr. Teimouri really knows what she is talking about. Next time, I'll skip the MRI and just go with what Dr. Teimouri says lol

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My facial with Shanon was truly an hour of bliss. She included a face, scalp, and hand massage, along with a paraffin wax treatment, and all of the products smelled amazing while being incredibly gentle on my highly sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how she explained each step of the process along the way. I also tried a lash tint and lift, which was quicker and far less fuss than others I've had that tend to drag on and feel like a nuisance to get through.
