I LOVED seeing the teamwork between Kimiko and Mara. As a woman of color, it's not always easy to get the right shade, undertone, etc...and as a woman with oily skin, some products make my shine turn all the way up. Kimiko, also being a woman of color with a diverse background, seemed to give her an open-mindedness and a willingness to really become a make-up sleuth, that I just don't get from another well-known cosmetic store . Prices are a little high, but I occasionally splurge on the hand soaps, because they lather and cleanse my skin well, and they smell good. During my most recent visit to this location, the employees were very nice. They greeted me at the entrance, and then they allowed me to wander throughout the store without being pestered. At the checkout counter, the cashier was also very nice. The hand soaps were on sale, but I still paid a total of $20 plus tax for four bottles. Of course, other stores sell hand soaps that cost less, but I like the fruity scents that I picked out.

They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I got the spa pedicure, and it was fantastic. The massage chairs are brand new and have so many features--I didn't want to get up! They also offered complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel even more relaxing. I've been to several nail salons around Beaver County, and this was by far one of the nicest experiences I've had. The salon was clean, comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
