I call back and get a big box call center (not personnel from the office itself) only to find out there will be no more appointments on Fridays forever, which really doesn't work for me. I was frustrated but accepted it and moved on to schedule with another office. Then, a week plus later I get a letter from them saying they haven't heard back from me about the canceled appointment. This shows they're totally not on the ball with anything and reminds me of the frustration. It prompted me to write this negative review. Sorry but that's too many mistakes and just not good enough.

He told me he could easily freeze it off and I said no I can freeze it off at home and he said no really it's not a problem I can do it. So I let him freeze it off. I've had this done dozens of times over my lifetime, a different dermatologist and never been charged for it if it didn't need to go to the lab. I received a bill for $110 and called to dispute it and received a nasty email from a woman named Leah Coleman who is a director with them. I will never ever go back again.
