If people keep giving you insincere gifts of crappy, stale, unleavened bread and you can tell it's…read morenot from the heart, then it's Perfunctory Unleavened. That's not this. A lot of people are not big fans of this perfume store because of the bad stuff that's happened to them, but honestly I like that their prices are cheaper than your general Mall perfume store would be, like the big department stores, and I like some of their selection. A few of the things I noticed they had that I wouldn't expect them to have - and Barbie and I spent quite a few minutes in here checking stuff out and picking up the things we'd like to buy next time it's gift-giving season. Made a checklist of them and will check them again in the next sale. I'm not sure if we will have awful problems when we're trying to return something but honestly I have never tried returning perfumes in the first place which makes me skeptical about some of the reviews LOL.

I stopped by last night while waiting for our table to be called to quickly purchase an eyeliner and was turned away at the door because I had my dog with me. I work at LaCenterra and have visited many nearby stores without issue, so being refused entry before I could even step inside was embarrassing. I understand policies need to be followed, but the interaction felt abrupt and lacking the friendliness I've come to expect from this location. While I can't know the employee's intentions, the situation left me feeling as though my dog was judged based on her appearance and breed rather than her behavior. She's always well-behaved in public, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope management can ensure customers are treated respectfully and consistently in the future.

Jacob is way, way too good at his job. I don't want to say the man is wasted here, because maybe this is just his calling, but he is so very friendly and helpful and knowledgable about everything this store has, from stock to specials to scents...my wife, niece and I all came to the same conclusion that Jacob should become all of our best friend immediately. 2. They have everything you could possibly want that smells nice. Hand sanitizer, soaps, body washes, lotions, candles, plugins, scrubs...if you want to smell good, this is your spot. 3. They also have a deal on it. No matter what it is, it's cheaper than you think.

Where has customer service gone? Not in the pharmacy! I have had typical experiences inside with…read moreemployees, but unfortunately, the pharmacy is a different story. Got in line at the drive-thru prior to closing. When I pulled up to the window, they had the 'Pharmacist Not on Duty' sign in the window. As I waited at the window, an employee quickly peeks her head around to see if I was still there. Why not engage with me the first moment you saw me instead of hiding and hoping I would leave? After 5 more minutes, a different employee comes to tell me they are closed. I told her I was in line prior to closing and she said 'the system automatically shuts down at closing time.' When I asked if I could even check to see if my medication was ready, she said she couldn't because the system had already shut down. If it does automatically shut down at closing as stated, then a lot of people would not be able to complete the transaction they are in the middle of, or service people who were in line prior to closing. If that is true, then they should post that. The rest of my family had to switch to HEB pharmacy because of my wife's insurance. I will be check my insurance to see if switching there is a possibility. They are always kind and helpful.
