Each time I order, I'm shocked by how quickly I receive my products seeing as they have to come all the way across the country to reach me. Each order has had a hand-written personal note from Sophie thanking me for my purchase. So sweet! It's so different from most commercial businesses and I love it so very much. The staff changes each year but they are always grumpy and totally disinterested in what they are selling AND they don't know much. We spend over $200 in this store every year and no one seems to care or know what they are doing. It is extremely frustrating and a disappointment. I worked in retail for many years in the cosmetic and fragrance departments, so I have expectations. At least be cordial.
